“I ordered goods from this company, The next day there was a problem with the delivery company, I phoned Alan Wadkins and told the young lady the problem, She contacted the agent, sorted the problem, AND phoned me back with a positive answer as she had PROMISED, my order was delivered just over 24 hours from the time of orderering, would recommend this 5* company with no hesitation, Thank you.”

“Delivery was superspeedy, no mess and no fuss. Very pleased and impressed. The OxBox was bought for a young builder who told me how much he wanted one and we agreed it would be part of his payment. for a phenomenal job done repointing a wall. It was like Christmas all over again but in the New Year! Everybody crowded round to see the OxBox being taken out of the packaging and put together. It became quite an "event" here. The item is fabulous and well worth it. Thank you Alan Wadkins Tool Store for a fantastic customer experience. We are now fans for life!”

“Faultless service. I ordered in the middle of the holiday season but it was still delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the Dremel ordered had a fault in it. After contacting AWTS, they arranged a replacement within a coupe of days - again within the holiday period, this was outstanding. My only niggle, which unfortunately is quite common with online suppliers, was the additional postage for North East Scotland. That said, it was a reasonable amount - hence I went ahead with the order. All couriers are not equal and I suggest that different couriers should be used depending on costs per region. I'll definitely use again.”
