“Unfortunately I still dont have my item, the delivery is set up, so that you can only recieve the item if you are home, there is no way to re direct, or leave in a safe space. I called up to explain, they said they had altered the delivery, but still the same issue, I have to be home to recieve the item. I have emailed and will be asking for a refund. Rediculous, I have never had this issue with delivery.”

Hi Stephanie This would be correct that the courier can`t leave it safe im afraid as this needs to be delivered via a pin code which is sent to you from the courier. We have had to put this in place due to the amount of parcels customers were claiming they hadn`t received or had been left safe but then gone missing. So using this system alleviates this issue.
