“The tools I ordered were just what was required and at a competitive price. The star rating has been reduced due to poor delivery experience. My issue was the FedEx delivery service, which ToolStore Alan Wadkins Ltd is not directly responsible for only as a selected courier service. Be aware that FedEx will issue a delivery time slot, but the drivers are not operating according to this system's notification (they do not work to time allocations). In my case, FedEx also claimed I was not in when they attempted to deliver - whereas I was vigilantly looking out for them (as they had not met the time slot I was given) and no card through the door. Subsequent communication on redelivery was contradicted by pickup times and then redelivery slots... I would purchase from ToolStore Alan Wadkins Ltd, but with the request that my item is not sent via FedEx.”

“My Makita Blower was supplied very quickly in a brown box without instructions or in a Makita box. However this was not a problem as I was able to download the instructions and it saved me getting rid of the Makita packaging. Just wished I had known in advance. Would definitely use again.”

“Very satisfied with the product ordered (Milwaukee forge 12 ah battery) and the customer service. I ordered the battery on a Thursday therefore delivery date was due to be Friday as Saturday and Sunday costs an extra charge. I received an apology email rich said my order is bound to be late due to an issue with the courier and transport, after politely explaining that I needed the battery urgently, one of the workers was kind enough to upgrade my delivery to Saturday free of charge, very satisfied and please. Will purchase again!”

Hi Stuart This is a review for an item purchased back in July. I have checked through our emails and you have never made contact with ourselves via our email address. I have also spoken to the people who man our phone lines which are usually answer within 4-5 rings on a daily basis Monday - Friday 8-5.00pm or you can leave an answer phone message. Again nobody he spoken with yourself. Are you sure you have tried to speak with Hyundai themselves rather than Alan Wadkins Ltd Regards Martin
