“Terrible service. Ordered my fabric samples three weeks ago and still haven’t received them. Emails are either ignored or answered with generic copy/paste phrases. If you intend to have your time wasted or seek an unpleasant customer experience, TM Interiors is the right company for you.”

Dear Customer, apologies for your experience and failing to respond within 24 hours as per our aim. We have refunded your sample order and sent the samples free of charge for both the delay and any inconvenience caused, as mentioned we are reliant on our suppliers stock levels. “Really pleased with the service I received from TM Interiors. I placed my order on Saturday September 4th 2021 and it arrived on Thursday September 9th 2021 having received a message the previous day to say it was being despatched. Thank you, I would definitely order from them again.”

“You only know how good a company is when you have a problem and I had a problem of my making. I needed to change two rolls of wallpaper, as I had not specified the batch number I required. The person I spoke to on the phone called the wallpaper supplier to check they had the batch number I required and, when they did, had two rolls reserved for me. They then said to return the wallpaper I had and, when it was received, the two new rolls would be sent to me. I posted the wallpaper back yesterday and am now awaiting the new rolls. So far I am very impressed with this company.”

“Love my wallpaper! - slight issue with my order saying cancelled when it wasn't. But the customer service team were great and made sure they sped it through for me. Then one of the rolls was damaged which, after I contacted them, they sorted it immediately and got the next roll delivered as soon as possible. I was very happy with their help to rectify all the issues.”

“Well impressed with these people! A local company told me the fabric I wanted was 10 day delivery (sigh) but you guys delivered to my door in 3! I thought the p&p was a bit steep but actually given the speed and the fact the packaging was excellent (on a card roll rather than folded) waterproof and sturdy, it was actually great value. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a high end fabric from here again! Thanks”
