“The order process was very simple and the price was very competitive (in fact the cheapest I could find anywhere for the Osborne & Little fabric I was after). Delivery was made within a week of ordering. Extremely pleased.”

“No delivery and no response to emails about my order not being delivered. I have had one confirmation email when i ordered and paid for my wallpaper, it is now 6 days later and had no update and no responding email. You have taken my money so where is my goods. Terrible customer service!!”

Dear Joanne Thank you for your order with us and we apologise for the fact that you have had to chase the whereabouts of your order. If we may explain however, your order was placed on the 11th September 2017 19:22 and we state a delivery aim of 5 working days. The first available day to order therefore was Tuesday the 12th September and your order is due to be dispatched on Monday with UPS and out for delivery to you on Tuesday. We actually had expected delivery from our suppliers of your order on Friday and therefore it would have been dispatched Friday, which is the reason your payment was captured prior to dispatch, which we apologise for, however we were let down by the courier company. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours so I am responding to your email sent yesterday on Friday at 19:09pm. We apologise for any inconvenience the delay may have caused but we do state that it is a “delivery aim”, which we will have missed by one day in this instance due to an unforseen situation outside of our control. “I have recently bought a Lodden rug through TM Interiors. The rug is beautiful and looks great in my living room. The service I received from TM Interiors was very good: I was able to choose my preferred date and kept up-to-date by email from both TM Interiors and the courier. Product and service first class.”

“Have not received the item after 12 days since ordering. Have had no response from you or UPS about why they have not been able to deliver or when they expect to deliver. Why are you using UPS.? Not happy and would appreciate a refund of the delivery costs. No one has been bothered to speak to me personally. Need item urgently. Would be nice to know when it is coming. Obviously from this request communications are dreadful as you have assumed I have received the item.”

As you said one mishap in thousands is not going to make you change provider. I have finally spoken with someone at the Exeter office who now claims that their vehicle can not get down our track. Having just had a removal vehicle and a 21 ft mobile home down it this claim beggars belief. However I will now be taking a delivery box up to the end of the track tomorrow for them to place the package in. Something I could have done 3 days ago. Thank you for you patience and kindness in refunding the postage. Life goes on and the weekend beckons. Have a good one. Jill Hammersley

“I've ordered Harlequin Bella Stripe fabric from TM Interiors. Shortly after I placed my order I was contacted by Helen Hicks from customer service and she was very helpful and efficient in assembling my order (there was a problem with the quantity of fabric but she resolved it to the best possible extent). Fabric was shipped to Frankfurt by UPS and was delivered in good order. Will shop there again with no hesitation.”
