“Purchased wallpaper on line. Arrived in NZ at rural address 10 days from initial purchase. Great service. The wallpaper was well packed though the outside of one box had been damaged on arrival but wallpaper all okay. Recommend anyone to purchase from TM Interiors.”

“TM Interiors could not have been more helpful when we needed a particular wallpaper in a hurry. They understood our problem and we received the paper (which had to be specially ordered) in time for our decorator (we actually had it a day before they promised).”

“Absolutely excellent customer service. All my questions were answered in a very short time. I have been searching for various fabric/trimming brands (O&L, Lelievre, etc.) and found TM to offer comparatively attractive prices (compared to other UK online offers) and their pricing is also very competitive, especially compared to continental Europe (where I am ordering from). Definitly a recommendation!”

“Poor communication , no agreed return call to update as promised following a delayed dispatch from suppliers overseas . Need to be more pro-active , than reactive, when I called they were aware of the delay but made no effort to contact me. Price however was very good and the staff courteous .”
