“I had an enquiry about the cost of some fabric. The staff were very helpful, ringing me back within 10 minutes with an answer. My order was taken then, and I am expecting the delivery tomorrow -4 days in total.Excellent servic e”

“How do i return wrongly ordered goods? I ordered one roll of reminiscence wallpaper by sanderson . The web picture looked right but it does not match what i already have. It has arrived without instructions on how to return and exchange. Please advise.”

Hello I am sorry to learn our returns information was not inlcuded with your delivery. Our returns procedure can be seen online here: https://tm-interiors.co.uk/returnspolicy.php A replacement/refund will be resolved as swiftly as possible. No refund can be issued if goods are badly wrapped and are soiled or damaged when in transit. IMPORTANT: Please include your name and order number on the outside of the packaging to enable us to identify and refund your order. “Richard answered ally questions, helped me work out quantities. The order arrived less than 48 hours afterwards. That is what I call customer service. I will be ordering matching fabric when I come down to the show room next week.”

“Very helpful, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. Curtains very competitively priced, made up more quickly than expected and beautifuly finished. Also extremely well packed. As a completely separate point - and just for information to tm-interiors - I wasn't at all impressed with the couriers - UPS. Their tracking system was very complicated and of no use whatsoever, and the best notification they could give re a delivery time slot was "by end of day". Rather pointlessly, they did email me hours after delivering the parcel into my hands to advise me that it had now been delivered. But this is nothing to do with tm-interiors, who were brilliant. Would strongly recommend them.”
