“I recently purchased 25 metres of upholstery material from TM Interiors. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Claire quickly dealt with my request and sent several sample colours. Once I had selected the right colour, she reserved the fabric length with the suppliers and arranged for a fabric cutting from the actual roll so that I could check the final colour as it can slightly differ from batch to batch. My fabric arrived quickly when the final order was placed. I highly recommend this company and will shop there again. Claire's customer handling skills and attention to detail are highly commended.”

“Internetpages of TM Interiors are easy to use. Pictures of fabrics are not so good, but for me it was not a problem because I knew exactly what I wanted. The fabric I ordered was cut and chosen perfectly. I chose the quick transport, but UPS had to delay it because of weather conditions. That was a little bit shame, but it happens. “I was really impressed with the help given to me by Richard McAlpin, particularly via telephone conversations. My purchase was to be an expensive one , for an unusual project, and I had no experience of fabric use. So I valued his advice on actual material "feel" and thickness, which helped me to decide on its suitability, before buying. Having chosen the material from samples, it was great to get help with how much I needed to buy in order to achieve the correct pattern match.”

“While I found your company to be the cheapest, with quick and free delivery, I didn't read the small print which says NO RETURNS !! so after contacting yourselves and being told this I'm now stuck with an £80 roll of wallpaper...... Hey ho, so would have been cheaper elsewhere overall!”

“First class customer service. I mistakenly duplicated my order and received an email asking me to confirm if I'd made a mistake or really wanted double the order. When I confirmed that I'd made an error, a refund was immediately arranged. I was very impressed as you tend not to get such attention or care these days.”

“I purchased a fabric which I had seen at a small local home furnishing store but had a sharp intake of breath when they quoted a price for the finished articles (2 roman blinds). I found the fabric on your website. It was less expensive than the local supplier AND I managed to find another local who was just starting an independent business who came in at 50% less for the blinds. All in all, it was a win-win situation. I got the blinds in the fabric that I wanted and wasn't left breathless at the price. I was also able to support two other small businesses. The fabric arrived promptly and was well packaged. I will say that your website isn't completely clear where s asks for quantity...it doesn't indicate metres or yards.”

“Excellent!!! I found Tm interiors through an Internet search and was apprehensive about using a firm found this way. However I shouldn't have worried as am absolutely delighted with the product. We ordered a large Roman blind; it is very well made and with high quality fittings. I would absolutely and without any hesitation recommend this firm and will no doubt be back for more curtains and blinds. Thank you!!”

“Absolutely superb service, the price for the material we ordered was highly competitive (we couldn't find cheaper), and it was delivered exactly when expected. I cannot recommend TM Interiors highly enough and in particular the young lady who dealt with our order - she could not have been more helpful. We will definitely use this company again in the future.”
