“Great service - I paid for next day delivery and true enough it arrived the next day. I ordered the wrong size so had to send the items back but ordered other items. It was really easy and I received my new order three days later. The quality of the sportswear is excellent and it is so different to anything you see on the high street - thank you TLC.”

“There was an issue with my delivery as I got a note from Royal Mail saying that sender had not paid enough for the postage and that I'd have to pay an additional £10 to get my parcel. I rang TLCsport customer services and spoke with a lovely lady who first tried to sort it out with RoyalMail but as she couldn't get through, she rang me back and said I'd be refunded the £7 I had paid for next-day delivery and that she'd put a new pair in the post that night. I got them the next day and the shoes are PERFECT. I'm usually a 3.5 but got a size 4 to allow some extra toe space and it was definitely a good call as sizes are on the small side it seems. They fit perfectly and after wearing them all day running errands, I didn't even a feel a touch of soreness anywhere. I'm thrilled with the shoes and with the actions taken by TLC sport to sort out the delivery issue. Would recommend 100%”

“Very prompt and helpful service, although I had to return my original order as the size was not quite right, the exchange was very quick. Would definitely recommend the company. It was nice to find a stockist of my favourite brand of trainer, Ryka.”

“Over the years I have always purchased my gym kits from TLC Sport. As I needed to renew my gym kits (I am at the gym at least four times a week!!),last Monday 1st of August, I placed an order at 4.00pm and was most impressed that it arrived on Tuesday 2nd August. Needed to change two items again received prompt and express service. Amazing!!! The service I have always received from staff at TLC Sport and continue to received is faultless. The girls have always been polite, friendly and most helpful at all times. I have never purchased my gym kits from a sports shop or department stores. I love the quality and style of TLC Sport products. If I have to say so myself(!!) I always stand out in the gym with my very stylish outfits - not run of the mill Nike stuff!! Please keep up the excellent service and I will recommend you to all friends.”

“Very quick delivery and refund so impressed with that. I ordered a reversible black and pink sleeveless yoga top. The sizing round the neck and armholes is large and sits slightly strangely but the lower blouson part of the top is quite small. I'm a size 10-12 and ordered a 12. However, this is the best yoga top I've found so far so I kept it. The leggings were a 'harem' type fit, but they were way long on my calves - I'm 5'1" and a very unflattering fit so best for tall skinny girls, I guess. They went back. Overall a good experience ordering on the site and I would check out the site again.”

“Really nice quality clothing. As a dance teacher, I now only wear tlc sports pants. They wash really well and have never lost their tightness. Couldn't recommend more.”
