This didn’t do much. Barely covered my gray. I waited a week for my first shampoo and what little coverage it gave me washed right out. Very disappointing.

All my grey hair is still there. Kept the formula on for about an hour longer than suggested on the box. Did not work!

It burns your scalp and does NOT cover any grey. Dries your hair out so badly, it's going to take months for it to recover. This is absolutely the worst hair color I have ever used. Do not recommend at all

tried Hena hair color it did not work at all, contacted the company for refund they asked me if i used it correctly, of course i followed the steps, was told to take it back to the store, why would i take it to the store, it's not their product , i do not recommend using their Hena hair color it doesn't work

Hi Gayda, we are really sorry to hear that our Henna Cream was not the right product for you. Further to our emails with you, our Henna Cream is only capable of covering up to 80% of grey hair and we do not claim otherwise. For the best grey coverage, we recommend using our permanent hair dye. As your purchase was made through one of our retailers, we would not be able to provide you with a refund as we do not physically hold the funds.

This has made my hair fall out, by quite a lot. I didn't want to believe it at first, as I am allergic to other hair colours and was delighted to have found, this was not the case with the tints of nature semi permanent colour, so I ignored the problem at first, but can't do so anymore, as the amount of hair that falls out, especially after a colour is alarming. Be very careful using this colour and don't ignore the problem, it gets worse! I'm afraid I can not recommend this product at all! It would not let me download shocking photo!

The light brown I chose was more like pale purple. It was messy to use. Delivery was speedy but I won't buy again due to the problem with formulation of colours. Brown is not purple. I wanted brown.

Very, very unhelpful customer service repsonse when my delivery was delivered to a neighbour even though I have instructions on my door requesting that all undeliverable items are returned to depot so another one can be rearranged when I'm home. Initially tried contacting the delivery company DHL through their website but it was futile, no means to talk to anyone apart from the Live Chat which the advisor left before resolving the issue as soon as I explained the issue to him his response was; "But we're not Royal Mail.", which was a ridiculous response because obviously if there are instructions on the the letterbox you'd expect all deliver drivers to apply logic and follow it. As for Tints of Nature when I approached them explaining that I don't really get on well enough with my neighbour for things to be left with them and asked if they could contact the delivery company as I'd had little success to sort when I tried, it was simply a case of sorry to hear about your predicament but we can't do that, why don't you try getting it yourself or asking someone to do so for you. Well Tints of Nature why don't you try to improve your customer care cause you won't be getting my services again, or better still why don't you ask DHL to do respect customers wishes rather than just do what's easiest for them!

As a small company, we take huge pride in the way in which we care for our customers and it's never comfortable to hear that we got it wrong. We are sorry your experience with us has left you feeling this way. We've reviewed the communication between you and our customer care team and feel they did an incredible job of acknowledging the situation, explaining why it has happened and offering a solution to prevent it happening again for future orders. The email specifically said "please do let us know how you get on". Had you replied to this email telling us you had not been successful retrieving your delivery from your neighbour, we would have had no issue with sending your order again. You did not reply, so we assumed (wrongly) that you had managed to successfully resolve the situation. In our constant effort to reduce our environmental impact, we will always explore ways to resolve delivery issues that don't have couriers driving unnecessarily around the place. In this instance, perhaps we underestimated how much you do not get on with your neighbour and the stress it would cause you to interact with them. Given the opportunity, we would have sent your order again. Once again, we are deeply sorry for any stress caused and wish you all the best for the future.

Today I tried tint of nature for the first time. Not only did I get an immediate reaction / itch to it, but also it was too watery and kept dripping for the entire while I had it on. Worse, it did not cover the grey properly!! By far the worst experience.. will never do it again.

DO NOT Buy this product if you want to keep your Hair!!!! This Hair product is not the same quality as used to be!! I used to Buy it in WholeFoods but not anymore. WholeFoods stop selling it. I only could find it on Amazon so I started to use it again. Since I started to use the product purchased on Amazon, my hair started to fall out like crazy. I just color my hair this evening and I cried!!! Sooo much hair come out!! I will never again purchase this product!! I used to loved Tints of Nature however, that was few years ago. I am not sure who this distributor is, but Tints of Nature is NOT the same quality. Therefore, for anyone who uses this product, be aware what it can do to your hair. I used to had so much hair, and since the last few month I started to used this product, it distorted my hair!!!

To address the points in your review, each batch of our colour is thoroughly tested prior to sale to ensure it leaves our factory at the highest quality, and I can confirm we are the only manufacturer and distributor of Tints of Nature products selling to stores and retailers throughout the US. Although you have used our colours in the past, it is still possible to develop sensitivities to even the most natural of ingredients over time and for this reason we recommend carrying out a skin sensitivity test prior to every application of colour. However, our colours do not contain any ingredients which may contribute to hair loss and a typical sensitivity will not present itself with hair loss symptoms, rather as a rash or skin irritation. Therefore, I would strongly urge you to consult a medical professional for their guidance as hair loss is generally caused by hormonal changes. Please look out for my colleague's email where we can help you in more depth.

Doesn't work on grey hair Tried a few times all to no avail Chocolate Henna cream is actually the worst I've ever used hence unfortunately I won't be using it again

Used this product for a few years. I had to visit the GP today due to severe dermatitis on my scalp. Prescribed potent steroid lotion and antihistamines. Tints of nature contains strong sensitizers. Use with caution!!

Although reactions to hair colourants are relatively rare, sensitivities to even the most natural of ingredients can develop at any point in a person’s life and for this reason we recommend carrying out a strand test prior to every application of colour. Hi there, we would love to chat with you to find out what went wrong with your colour as there is nothing in our colour formulation that would damage your hair. One possibility is that your hair may have been coated in silicones and/or product buildup which can disguise the tell-tale signs of damaged hair. These would have been somewhat removed when you used the Charcoal or Clarify preparation shampoo included, revealing the "honest" condition of your hair underneath. We have a wonderful range of highly effective treatments designed to repair hair from the inside out. I started using color for the first time and I care fully choose this to avoid any reactions, but to my surprise reacted badly on my face as I was using color for my beard only. I am very disappointed with the product. I will never be using this or recommend anyone. however I know that there was a disclaimer saying if you have reactions discontinue and see a doctor. I will now. but every color or meds has that. It wasnt expected from a so called biological product.

Hi again Anonymous, We really are sorry that you've reacted to our products. Unfortunately, there is no way of making permanent colour 100% natural and even with natural ingredients people can have negative reactions. This is why we recommend a skin sensitivity test before every colour, which would alert you to any possible adverse reactions before you colour. Our colour is incredibly gentle and reactions are unusual. We would recommend you be extremely cautious colouring your hair with any brand moving forward as reactions can get worse over time. My hair was dry and brittle after using this. I had severely matted and tangled hair. Took a long time to comb out. The conditioner packet is too small . It was like a teaspoon of conditioner. That's like enough for my bangs only. Will not buy again. Very upset. It is so damaging. I have so much breakage . My hair looks like trash. I had to cut my long hair into a lob.

I got their black semi-permanent color. I have medium brown hair. I followed the instructions—using their pre-treatment shampoo twice. I left in for 40 minutes, the recommendation for gray hair, and it didn't touch my hair color. It all rinsed out. It was a couple hours process, so i was bummed to see it not work. Wouldn't recommend for medium brown hair.

According to the company, their N shades {listed below} will cover 100 of grey hair and for this reason I got the 7N {blonde natural} and the 8C {ash blonde.} 'All of the natural shades 1N - 8N will cover 100% of grey hair. If you’re using one of the fashion shades you just need to mix it with the same amount of the natural shade with the same number.' 'The only shade that may not 100% cover all grey is 10N.' I mixed the colours together in a bowl and applied to my hair and left on for 40 minutes. Very disappointing to see that none of my grey had been covered and that the overall colour was brown, so considerably darker than I had expected.

I want to try some more natural hair color, so I decided to go with the CN ash dark blonde, let me tell how disappoint I was after washing my hair, didn’t color nothing you can still see all the gray hair, Very sad
