It's quick and easy to book some time off. That said, there's no way to edit a booking to change its length, and once you've navigated a few months ahead, there's no way back other than to click the back-a-month button over and over. A "now" button in the middle would work wonders.

Its good, but how does the main Admin get to know the staff is on leave, have to manually and check if staff member is on leave or not

Love it - been using the system for just over 6 months now and has really made the holiday requests simple and transparent. Really easy to use and staff are really happy with how efficient their requests are managed using their phone. Some great functions such as adding in different types of "holiday" (i.e. can block the add off for a meeting etc.), easy to increase allowences and also to set limitations to each departments. We use for 4 teams and a total of 14 people - works amazingly and for a very reasonable price. Wouldn't look at using any other, meets our needs perfectly. :)

We liked the system very much but there are a few points that would be nice to be improved: 1. It seems like Non-Administrators do not see the category colors of the other employees on the wall chart. The fields or simply grey. It would be nice if everyone can see if somebody is on holiday, sick or absent for another reason. 2. When adjusting the work schedule, can this be reflected in the Outlook calendar too? E.g part timers that do not work on a certain week day.

Holiday time only in units of half-days and not in hours. Therefore, it has limited flexibility to work around employees whose holiday time is given in hours and/or if they wanted to only take a few hours off.

Yeah, you can book in hours, you just needed to switch your allowance to be based in hours as per the help centre here: https://help.timetastic.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/202445102-Annual-Allowance-in-Days-or-Hours Thanks
