Easy to use so far! quick to request Holidays and although I haven't had any Holiday to authorise as yet I except that will also be quick and easy. Like the way we can import all our team's holiday into our outlook.

I haven't been able to login and everytime I request a new password....nothing comes through. But clearly you have the correct email address as you have sent me a survey....

Hi Tim, These review emails come from a different system. I can see that on 26th January we sent you an email and it was bounced from your system due to an unrecognised address (maybe your email wasn't correctly setup at this stage). When an email bounces for this reason the address is then listed as invalid and all future retries are prevented to help prevent us appearing as a spammer. I've now cleared you from the list and sent you a new password recovery email, which I can see has been delivered now. If you have any more issues please do contact us to give us the chance to resolve. I can' help but feel a 1 star review before giving us the change to resolve the issue was unjust. Thanks Gary

Looks great and does what it suppose to do in a fantastic way. Unfortunately there is no way to delete the account. I've created the account with my company mail before i was invited to join company account and all the invitation couldnt be send to me as it said that the account of given email address already exists. I had to change the mail on the first account so i could be invited again and join the company account by setting up the new account. Goodluck with your app.

Hi Bart, There is actually an option to cancel in Settings > Billing > Cancel Account. Although I admit this has come up before and we should make this more obvious. Thanks for the feedback and review, it's really useful. Cheers

Already shared my feedback but bank holidays through location/per user would be very useful. For teams spread over the world it makes sense to have them... Other than that nifty little app!

It's easy to use my only issue is that the person I line manage's holiday does not come to me to approve when it needs to. Who can fix this?

Hi Natasha, You can select who gets to approve each staff members leave. In this instance I think you need to find this users page, select 'users' and click the one you manage. Then look for the 'approver' drop down, and select yourself to approve their leave. (For clarity you need to be an admin user to take these actions). All systems have their good and bad points. Timetastic does not seem to be able to cater for bank holidays which seems wrong. Thanks

Hi Tina, Thanks very much for the review, it's much appreciated. In case you missed Timetastic does cater for Bank Holidays. If you navigate to 'settings' > 'Public Holidays/ free Days' you should find a complete list of UK Bank Holidays. You can delete them if need be and add in any additional company wide free days. I hope that was what you would were hoping for. Thanks

The only thing that would help is if this was linked to outlook so when you book a holiday this is then populated in the outlook appointment.

Hi Amjad, Thanks for the feedback. In case you missed, you can of course feed Timetastic into Outlook using the ical feed. And the email 'approval' you receive contains an ics file so you can add the Timeoff directly to your calendar. Great system - it shows my team that we are a much more progressive forward-thinking business unit when using this system as opposed to the old system of paper forms! Its really quick and easy to set up and you can easily import data. Works well and the team love it - 2 things to work on....you cant currently pro rata the number of days holiday for people who start partway through the year (but I know that the TimeTastic team are working on this) and you can't export data by date range - the latter would be useful for my monthly attendance report! Great work overall and would highly recommend it!

Very good Everything you need and nothing that you don't. Intuitive (apple-seque) to use. Perfect for a small, relatively uncomplicated business like our own of circa 20 people.

Overall very good but like to see continual improvements and working with us to improve and expand the services. I would like to be able to count up the number of a certain type of holiday e.g. CPD on our system.

Nice and simple, no training required and works multi platform - what's not to like? Possible could use a little more flexibility for part time staff, but nothing that can't be solved with a little common sense.
