“by far the easiest system and method for booking holiday i've used its so quick and simple to use. completely user friendly. And the interface makes it seem very sophisticated without compromising the simplicity. Highly recommended.”

“We have a company calendar already in Google Calendar, wasn't clear how to get this app integrated for employees to add direct to the calendar via the app. Still not sure, I can get it to add to my own calendar fine, but I wanted it to add to the company calendar, that step is unclear. Downloaded iPhone version, but was sadly disappointed I couldn't find a way to change a holiday once booked via the iPhone, so that makes the app rather useless at present. So I've hit a brick wall with this now, which is shame since most other things seem to work nicely. A future suggestion would also be nice not to show how many days left to book for an employee, just a notice once there are no more days left to book.”

Hi Gary, Cheers for the review and feedback. We have some info here about setting up the ical feed into Google calendar. Although I admit I have not tried this myself in a shared calendar. Just make sure you choose "full organisation" when getting the calendar feed links. We tend to agree with you on the iPhone app, it's very basic at present and focused on booking time off. You'll find if you access Timetastic through a mobile browser you'll get more functionality. We are currently speccing a new app out internally, so yeah, it's high on the list. Thanks Gary

Hi Stephen, Thanks for the review. I can see how not tracking flexitime causes issues but at present Timetastic has been focused on tracking time off rather than actual time worked. Maybe in time we'll cover both more comprehensively, we do need to increase the functionality to be more flexible to situations like you describe. Thanks again Gary

“Early days, the IOS app could have more functionality and the fact that report are missing really lets the overall experience down. Apart from this, love the journey you are on.”

“Very user friendly, much easier to track what I am doing from one week to the next. Straight forward communication which is tracked - very different to an email or holiday form which goes missing or unseen. Great concept!”
