“Wow. What an amazing service from Barry at Timberwise. Efficient, calm and reassuring. Barry was able to resolve an issue that many others hadn't been able to spot and with recommendations to repair. Excellent Service.”

“We received a thoroughly excellent service from Timberwise in Sherborne. Timberwise treated the woodworm in our loft space and provided a friendly, competitive and efficient service from start to finish. Rachel in the office was a fantastic help and so efficient in getting everything done at that end. Steve, their surveyor was very efficient and prepared an excellent investigative report. Norman was our technician on site and he was very friendly, clean and quick. Please use Timberwise with every confidence.”

“Timberwise Sherborne: excellent value for money and highly recommended. They sprayed our house for woodworm and also gave us advice regarding treatment of deathwatch beetle. Both Steve (who inspected the property) and Justin (who carried out the work) were extremely friendly, informative and efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble - they went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Referred by a neighbour who were completely satisfied by the work done. Inspection carried out by Tim, treatment by Justin and communication with office by Leah. All professional. “Very happy with the service provided from the initial contact, always replied promptly to our emails and Neil came to do the quote promptly and gave us a full detail report. A date was arranged really quickly to do the treatment. Justin came to do the work, he arrived on time and was really professional and efficient, friendly and a hard worker, especially as it was a very hot day!! many thanks for a superb service, would definately reccommend. “I called Timberwise with a dry rot problem in my dining room. Spoke to Jenna who arranged for Matt Hargrove to call the next day. Matt, surveyor, arrived on time, communicated well. Work was done by Neil (exposure and treatment) and Steve (plasterer) both arrived on time, were polite, friendly. work was neat and tidy, waste was taken away. Price was expensive but what we expected. From my experience I would recommend Timberwise.”

“Timberwise set up a survey very promptly, and Martin surveyed the wood damage very professionally and honestly compared with other companies. The price was very competitive and booking in the works was easy. Mark turned up very promptly on the arranged date, and did the job very quickly and efficiently. Thank you Timberwise.”

“Can't say enough! Steve Wade and John the plasterer were both punctual, pleasant, and very respectful of my home and everything in it, every home should have a man that can clean up after him self like Steve and john did. The service over all was fantastic. Martin Wilkinson was quick to respond when I asked for a survey and I was supported by him all the way through the work. I would highly recommend this company, you will be in very safe hands”
