“Timberwise provided me with a realistic yet competitive quote for the work I had done on my house. The work was completed on time and they left the property in a really good state of repair. Would highly recommend.”

“We were very impressed with Keith who came to inspect our cottage. We thought we had a beetle infestation but it turned out that it was not active and he laid our minds to rest. A company with less integrity may have offered to undertake treatment anyway, but this was not the case with Timberwise and we were very grateful for his honesty and professionalism. I would recommend and not hesitate to use them in the future if needs be.”

“From start to finish the whole process was very well managed, from Ella with my initial enquiry, to the survey from Peter and the work carried out by Ryan. Excellent communication from Ryan and the job was done really efficiently and promptly. So much better in every respect than other companies I have dealt with. “This is the second time I have used Timberwise for wood worm( not in the same house) I am very happy with the service I have received from Timberwise, from the initial enquiry, the survey through to the work for woodworm . The office staff have been very accomodating with having to change dates due to lockdown. My questions and queries have been dealt with very well. The process of spraying the flooring was completed today. Ryan K ,who completed the work today was polite, kept me informed about the process and when I would be able to return into my home. Everything was left tidy and clean. I am very happy with the service I have received from Timberwise and would recommend them.”

“Timberwise, South West Branch Norman was professional and very knowledgeable in terms of renovating listed buildings. We are extremely happy with the results and have peace of mind going forward after the treatment. We would recommend Norman to our friends as he is a charming chap to have around plus clean and tidy whilst working. *****”

“IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING TIMBERWISE, STOP! Unfortunately we inherited Timberwise as the previous owners of our house had used them for a basement conversion. But I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is appalling with no sense of urgency or consideration for the customer. It took 2 months from us reporting a leaking basement, complete with photo evidence, for them to arrange a visit. They have then done the bare minimum to fix the problem, pushing as much responsibility as they can back onto us. Don't use Timberwise - go elsewhere!”

The local team have been in touch about your waterproofing system and will continue to provide you with help and support regarding your basement waterproofing system. Advice was also given regarding extra measures that would help improve drainage on the outside of the property that would help ensure future issues did not arise with the basement.

“Just completed damp proof work on my cottage. Works were carried out to excellent standard by friendly hardworking pleasant staff. From the surveyor Peter to work men Ryan Mark and Matty it's been a completed to a high standard after been let down by another PCA company. Top job thanks guys.”

“Ryan and Russ from the Leeds branch just completed a water proofing system and timber treatment on an old yard cottage in Whitby. Turned up on time. Everything done as quoted and agreed. They made a useful photo record of the works as they progressed. Really pleased with the swift service.”

“Tim and the Bristol team help us resolve a dry rot issue affecting the ground floor of our Mother’s house. Although we were managing the project remotely from different city and country locations(!) during the recent pandemic lockdown, Timberwise gave us peace of mind throughout the project and delivered a first class result. Highly recommended.”

“Ryan K and Russ C undertook dry rot treatment and timber replacement works at my site. Works undertaken diligently, within timescales agreed and to the agreed budget. Liaised with other parties on site, kept all aware of works involved and restrictions during duration of works. no issues, pleasure to deal with. thank you”

“Timberwise treated our whole living room and a few other small areas of our home for damp. The service was very professional and friendly throughout, from the survey (conducted while we were buying the property) to the end of of the process. Leah at HQ was excellent and charming, and Tom (damp course) and Justin (plastering) were reliable, hard working and nice guys. I won't pretend having this sort of work done when you're in the house isn't dusty and disruptive, but Timberwise made it much less painful than it could otherwise have been. Happy to recommend.”
