“I was referred to Timberwise by a local roofing expert which gave me confidence at the start. The survey to treat localised woodworm in the rafters was completed promptly and the quote followed two weeks later. The delay in receiving the quote and the amount quoted were initially a concern. However once a couple of points were clarified, the required preparation work done and the work itself was done I am very pleased with the result. The guy who did the actual treatment was thorough, courteous and left work area neat and tidy. With Timberwise's reputation plus the third party insurance on the work In have every confidence I made the right choice.”

“I live in a listed building and throughout the process Timberwise staff, from the surveyor to the operative, were helpful, courteous and efficient: always clear about the work to be done and the cost of it. The man who came and carried out the treatment was just great and as well as doing a very good job was absolutely trustworthy and generally a good guy. Good outfit and I'd definitely recommend.”

“I can't recommend highly enough. I contacted about a potential re-emergence of woodworm in a property that had been treated by another company 20 years ago. Arranging a visit was smooth. The person who came out was extremely knowledgeable, professional and re-assuring - and confirmed that I neither needed any work doing, nor to worry about the historic woodworm. This is despite travelling a fair distance for the call out. He also followed up by email with helpful information. This is clearly a company that can be trusted (and in contrast to other companies who left me with the impression my house was in urgent need of me spending a lot of money with them!)”

“We arranged for a full damp survey and timber review through Timberwise. The surveyor that attended was very knowledgable and proceeded to make a very thorough examination of our home. We were then provided very promptly with a clear summary of the (fortunately minor) issues and the potential steps that could be taken to rectify them. Communication with Timberwise was very easy throughout - both over the telephone and via email which was very helpful, avoiding having to make phone calls while at work. We arranged for the work to be carried out and the contractor that attended was on time, pleasant, tidy and carried out the work as requested. We would definitely use Timberwise again.”

“Extremely efficient and user friendly survey on our 'first' timber framed house. Surveyor explained in lay-mans terms how the building would have been constructed and guidance of how best to care for it and suggested options, if we found, once occupied that condensation was an issue by fitting a one-way vent to affected areas, but in the meantime we should just see how it pans out! No hard sell, no scaremongering. Would highly recommend Timberwise to others needing damp/condensation survey on their property.”
