“Excellent job done by timber wise.From the first phone call to the engineers report everyone was very help full and explained in simple terms the problem and the solution.The work was done in a timely manor and with excellent workmanship. Mr C blankley”

“We have used Timberwise twice now. First time was a planned bit of work arising out of the house buying survey. The Timberwise surveyor was prompt and the work was booked in quickly and undertaken efficiently by the tradesmen. The second bit of work arose when we were in the middle of preparatory work in another room. Again the surveyor came round next day and the work completed a couple of days later. This meant that the rest of the work could proceed with no delay. Summary - fast efficient friendly service that I would recommend to anyone.”

“Initial contact was excellent; the company was speedy in dealing with requests and the professional survey of the works was speedy and efficient with rapid feedback via a telephone call in the evening. The work carried out by the technicians was good; they turned up on time and were polite and helpful. The work they did was to a very good standard. My one irritation was that the gas supply was turned off both at the mains and (incompletely) at an individual appliance. This was not notified and led to me having to call out a heating engineer.”

From the moment we made contact they were courteous and professional, this includes the surveyor who had the knowledge ,skills and experience to provide advice, the office staffs who managed the booking office and the staff who came to our home to compete the work. We are very pleased with the quality of work and would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“The work was excellent throughout. I was very anxious prior to the start of the work because of the inevitable noise and dust but the the contractor was excellent throughout, covering up all exposed surfaces where possible, and clearing up after himself at the end of each day. At completion we were left with a fully completed and professional finish. Approximatly 10 days after the contractor had finished , a carpenter came round and re- fixed all the skirting boards - again an excellent finish.”

“Timberwise were excellent in dealing with my woodworm infestation. Not only did they come in as the cheapest of 3 quotes but they instilled me with confidence from the start. The engineer who surveyed the area explained exactly what woodworm are, their life cycle and how they treat the problem to ensure the beetle are totally eradicated. The report and quote arrived speedily 2 days after the engineer's visit and the work could have been carried out within a week. The technician who undertook the work was brilliant - professional, knowledgeable and explained exactly what he would be doing. He put my mind at rest by showing me the extent of the damage once he had taken up a floorboard. He worked swiftly, cleaned up afterwards and explained the Health and Safety procedures. In addition I have a 20 year guarantee in the unlikely event the problem returns. This arrived within a week of the job being completed. I would recommend Timberwise to anyone wanting a competitive price, professional, speedy service backed by a 20 year guarantee. Keep up the good work!”

“Mark worked very hard for three days to provide a damp course for my old cottage. He has done a really good job, and even tidied up after himself. You can't park near my house, either, so he really went the extra mile carrying all his equipment to the house and then taking everything away with him again. Everyone I dealt with has provided a professional service with Timberwise. I've been really impressed.”
