“I attended this course on the 21st November 2016 and was the most rewarding course I have ever been on, I decided to go on this course due to owning my own business in the kitchen and bathroom industry and paying out excessive amounts of money for the tiling work we were carrying out, we are now aiming to carry out all the tiling work ourselves, I have to say It was overwhelming the knowledge Darren provided over the week, I always thought I knew what there was to know about tiles and tiling (I was wrong lol) this course is a must for anyone thinking of a career change or even someone wanting to expand there knowledge in this industry Darren and Tracey were amazing all the way. “Hello, I completed a two week fast track tiling course at UK Pro Tiling Training a month back and would just like to say how fantastic it was, I travelled from Kent to go to this center even though there was another tiling centre on my doorstep. I had visited the one nearest to me but looking at the work produced on the UK Pro Tiling Training website and speaking to Tracey my mind was made up that I was travelling to that one. The course delivered a lot more than just tiling, the business lessons on how to run a tiling business and make money blows your mind, the course is run by Darren who has been self employed for over 30 years and his wisdom shines through. The pace of the tiling course is fast and you have very little if any time for breaks, he pushes you hard to get maximum information and practical exercises done. The work you produce along with the quality is something you have to see first hand otherwise its hard to imagine that its possible to get to the standard in a few weeks, I would say the website is a very true reflection of what you will do and the standard you will achieve. I personally had never put a tile on the wall before attending. There are a few different centres about but after attending this one I would think it is impossible to find a better one, absolutely nothing is missed and the course is backed up with a huge hand out pre written manual over 70 pages for reference to everything you need to know about tiling for a living. If this course had of been double the price it would still be cheap for the knowledge you come away with. I have now set up my business Jacks Tiling Services and have done about 10 tiling jobs since I left the course with absolutely no problems, flashbacks of the course comes back to you once you are out there on your own, I have had to email Darren back a couple of times to run a few things past him and he is more than happy to spend the time with you after hours, I am roughly earning on average £200 per day so made my course fees back in the first week after leaving. “What can I say that hasn't already been said before. This is by far the best course I've been on. I just finished the 9 day course last week. Before doing the course I had no tiling experience, so it was all new to me. Roll on 2 weeks & the knowledge & confidence I have got from this course is unbelievable. Living in Birmingham it was quite a long way to go for a tiling course. I was planning to go to a local course in Birmingham. But after I did my research & read the review's at UK pro tiling I made up my mind. I booked on the Friday evening & was on the course on Monday. If anyone is considering going on the course "GO FOR IT" you won't regret it. It's more than learning to tile, Darren teaches you everything about starting a tiling business. If your thinking of a career change & your thinking of going into tiling, this is the course for you. Even if you've never touched a tile don't worry you'll be taught everything you need to know. I would recommend the 2 week course which gives you more confidence & let's you apply everything you learnt in the first week. I want to finish off my review by thanking Darren/Tracy for everything they've done. & wish them all the success in the future.”

“I attended the 9 day course, starting on the 7th November 2016. I travelled from the Isle of Wight to attend. I had never touched a tile before the course (except for cleaning the bathroom) and had only attempted small, simple bits of DIY. The amount I learnt in such a short space of time was amazing and I can't believe what I had managed to achieve by the end. The course was very intense but Darren is a great teacher and gave me the confidence to take on all the challenges and succeed. Apart from all the tiling knowledge I gained, the business information was top notch. Darren shared all his 30 plus years of experience and I now feel ready to start on a new career path. I should also mention Tracey too, she was really friendly and motivational at times when I was struggling. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is contemplating doing it. “As a novice tiler I attended the 9 day course, after the intense instruction and support I feel comfortable to tackle any tiling project put in front of me. My confidence rocketed after the last 4 days, if you don't like working hard and at a pace then beware. “After doing my research on the internet and speaking to both Darren and Tracey I was convinced this was where I needed to be to learn the Tiling trade. There were many courses and academies closer to Bournemouth where I stay, but decided to make the long trip up to Hartlepool. Correct decision? Definitely - Darren will make sure you are busy every minute of every day you are on the course and will be with you every step of the way. This is not a holiday camp, you're there to learn and learn you will - Darren I would say is on the leading edge of his game so this course is packed with loads of practical application as well as theoretical application and then of course guidance on how to Run, Market and operate a Business. I got what I went there for and more. I left feeling very inspired and would recommend this course to anyone considering entering the tiling game. Darren a big thank you to you & Tracey.”

“Hi I have just returned from a two week course at uk pro tiling training, Darren is a master at his craft and the tiling course he runs is nothing short of unbelievable. I have done a lot of teaching myself but Darren's teaching methods are at another level, in fact a level I have only seen before from experts, he uses a lot of NLP to get the information into your head so you can remember it, this takes many years to master but he has managed to do it and does it very well. The course is mainly practical covering all the essential skills required to do the job, the techniques are explained clearly and demonstrated well then you replicate the same on your tiling bays. I had no prior tiling experience before the course but by the end I was tiling to professional standards. The business side of the course pulls no punches either, Darren gives you the full extent of what's in his business brain which opens your mind of what you need to do after you leave the course. To summerise the course was excellent from first talking to Tracey to accommodation to the time on the course. Loved every minute of it. Highly recommended”

I spent some time deciding where to invest my money and time in a tiling course. You may be as I was ,slightly deterred about traveling a couple of hundred miles to uk pro. If you have to travel far, don't let that stop you making a good investment. I learnt a lot in nine days. Yes nine. Remember the green cross code . Stop look and listen to Darren. “Wow what a fantastic course that was! I can not believe how much knowledge i have come away with in just 9 days. One of the big plus points of this course for me was that you actually learn the theory behind what you are doing instead of just putting tiles onto a wall. Darren helps you understand the how,what and why about everything tiling. The practical side is also fantastic and very well structured throughout the 9days. I traveled up from somerset (306 miles) but without doubt it's one of the best decisions I have ever made. I would like to thank Darren and Tracy for making me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into the training centre to the moment I left. “Darren and Tracey, love them. Course did exactly what it said on the tin. I was a complete novice, never put up a tile in my life. I helped with a bit of grouting that someone else finished off for me once! After the one week course I went back to my boss and talked to him about what I had learned and he was amazed, he has run a tiling shop and now runs a kitchen and bathroom service.(I will soon be his tiler) Taught him a thing about setting out to! Started my first job on Wednesday and talking to our bathroom fitter during prep he was impressed with my knowledge of primers etc. Darren was an excellent tutor who wanted the best for all of us. what he gave me was the tools to do well, rest up to me. I have no experience of other tile courses but can tell you that this is the only one you will need. Tracey too was most helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Both were fantastic as was the course. I will be tiling a bathroom, floor to ceiling (before sanitary ware goes in Darren!!) and a downstairs Lavatory about 32 square meters starting Tuesday after all other prep has been done. I traveled over 400 miles to go on this course and would tell everybody else that it was well worth it. Thanks Darren and Tracey. Keep it up.”

“Just an update, i left the UK Pro Tiling Training Course a couple of months ago and i have never stopped tiling since, Darren delivers a masterclass in how to tile and puts years of successful business knowledge into you, if you listen and just follow the instruction and marketing plans he gives you you cannot fail. It is easily the best two weeks i have ever spent, the course was outstanding and the £900 i spent was made back in the first week and a half. I have set up with multiple tile shops who are now starting to also offer me work as well as the tradesmen i have come across. I am now averaging more in two weeks tiling than i was making in a month on my last job, i can only see things getting better as i get quicker and build more relations. I have used Darrens after care service a few times and true to his word he offers a lightning response to any questions or concerns, can get much better than that. Tracey and Darren are the most genuine people i have come across and put all their effort into their customers. Anyone reading this and thinking about a career change like me then i can whole heartily recommend this company, you cannot waste your money here as you will get it back more times than you can imagine with tiling jobs that you will be able to do.
