The tiles are great but we paid for a specific delivery date in advance but they arrived on the wrong day causing hassle!

Very happy with the tiles and the speed of delivery but the delivery cost is very expensive. I’m worried that I haven’t got enough tiles now and I don’t want to pay £35 for another delivery

Order and delivery process and choice tiles great, however response of Customer Services about 1 box with production fault in 4 out of 6 tiles is not customer centric as only thinks damage can be done by delivery. Response inflexible as would not acknowledge manufacturing fault. Then would not process a separate paid order for 4 sample tiles as spares. Advice - check every tile fully on day of delivery as they will cite T&C's (48hrs) for any issue. Would not use for a large order due to this issue.

Hi Sarah, thank you for your review. As discussed with yourself and one of our Customer Service Agents over email, we couldn't replace the damaged tiles almost two weeks after you received them. We are happy to replace any damages if you inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods as you agreed to when accepting our T&C's. If this issue was a manufacturing fault we would have replaced the tiles straight away. Thanks Tiles360

I was disappointed to find that a large percentage of these tiles were in shades of grey while I was expecting tiles of a terra cotta hue. I ordered ten boxes and about four of them are not useable for me.

I only purchased a sample tile. Being told by an online chat person that the colour elementary orange is very bright orange. How funny have they ever seen the colour of the orange skin? That's the colour I needed

Tiles were delivered as was planned but the delivery guy broke my gate’s column and no one has contacted me to compensate that.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our sample service. We do limit sample tiles to one of the same tiles to a customer due to the cost involved in providing this service. However, when a tile has multiple shades of colour, if you contact us, we can arrange for more sample tiles to be purchased.

These were advertised as blue/green and the photo looked green tinged but on arrival they were more pale blue/light grey. Not a speck of green. I kept them because I loved the style and grey fitted well with the cupboard doors but green would have lifted the colour nicely. Shame but I’m still happy

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with the colour of the tiles. We always encourage customers to order a sample to ensure they are satisfied with the colour. We can see you did order a sample but placed an entire order before you would have received the sample tile. We advise waiting 5 days from the order date for a sample to arrive

Lovely tiles but made an order with the recommended 10% extra and still ran out. Then had to pay for a pallette delivery for 1 box of tiles. They refunded the small purchase charge but was still an added cost I didn't need.

Thank you for taking the time to add a review. We are sorry to learn you didn't have enough tiles to finish the project on your first order. Yes, we do recommend adding an extra 10% but that is based on the square meterage you are purchasing and have input into the website. If your measurements are slightly out and depending on the layout pattern the 10% extra may not be enough. As an example, if you are doing a herringbone pattern, there is much more wastage and you need at least 20% more tiles than the SQM area measured.

I'm really happy with the tiles but a bit disappointed with the service. I ordered the tiles on a Monday and booked a delivery slot available on their site for Thursday. I took a day off work to wait for the delivery on the Thursday. On the Thursday, I got an email to say the tiles had been despatched and will be delivered by 1700 the following Monday. On the Friday I got another email to say they're on their way and will be delivered by 1600 which the were. I can't complain about the tiles, they're better than expected, just wish they'd been delivered on the right day.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry there was an issue with the delivery and it was late getting to you. We do achieve approx 98% delivery on the date selected, it is just unfortunate there was a one-day delay due to a hold-up at your local delivery depot.

The products were fine and look great. My only issue was that I didn’t order enough and had to purchase an extra box. I know there is a note on the website telling you to ensure you purchase enough but I still feel the additional carriage charges were unfair and punitive. As I say I was warned and only have myself to blame!

We are sorry you were disappointed with our service when you found yourself short of tiles. All our orders go via a palletised service to ensure the safe arrival of your tiles. The cost of pallet deliveries is calculated by weight with the lowest weight "up to 250kg". We get charged the same amount whether it is 1 box or 10. On overs over £100, we subsidise delivery charges but we have to charge the full amount on small orders. We did remove the small order charge for you as you had previously ordered from us.

Product is 5 star. Fabulous tiles which work well and worked and looked as described. Extremely well packaged and transported. Customer service could be better. Not quite nailed their customer centric behaviours or service delivery tone.

Whilst the tiles are Ok your delivery contactor is hopeless along with the tile boxes. Every box of tiles had split open on the pallet luckily you shrank wrapped the pallet and only three tiles had broken once I found them all. Your delivery contactor had sub our delivery to another company, yes I know we paid for kerbside but normal they reverse onto the drive but not this delivery driver's kerbside was kerbside

Make sure you check the tiles on delivery. I ordered 5 boxes. 3 quarters of one box the tiles were broken. I didn’t open the box until I’d had them for a couple of weeks then it was too late to complain. I managed to do the job with no tiles to spare, literally going through the scraps! Looks good!

We are sorry to know you had a few damages on your order. We ask for tiles to be checked within 48 hours of delivery so we can establish how and when the damage occurred in its journey to you and compensate you occuringly.

The ordering and efficiency in delivery was all excellent with no problems. Our only disappointment was the actual tile, the colour and texture was absolutely nothing like what was in the description/picture. It was more like a brick.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry that you are unhappy with your order; however we are a little confused regarding your comments. From looking at your order it is clear that you ordered the moorland brown without buying a sample before purchasing a large order; we always advise buying a sample first to ensure that you are satifisfied with the product in all aspects, on the website it says several times the words "textured and brick effect".

Bought 1 box of tiles. They are lovely tiles. the box was only £25 but it cost me £90 to get them with all the charges they add on (small order fee??) Not very happy with that!

Thank you for your review, sorry to hear you weren't happy with the delivery charges. We deliver all our tile orders on a pallet to ensure damages are limited. We are charged the same price by the carrier companies whether there are 1 box or 50 boxes as the cost is based on weight bands. The smallest weight is up to 250kg. The delivery charge to us to your postcode is greater than the £40 we have charged you, plus the pallet and wrap cost and of course labour. The rising costs of delivery due to HGV driver shortage, unfortunately, left the company with no alternative but to add a surcharge to small orders to simply cover our costs.

Product lovely. The young lady talking me through the delivery trauma was absolutely fantastic. She was a real star. Your delivery provider would score out of 100 , approximately MINUS 75!!! APPALLING. Kind Regards David

We use a third-party company and once a delivery has left us, we are at their mercy. As a rule, issues with late deliveries are rare. However, due to the current shortage of HGV Drivers up and down the country, we are experiencing more late deliveries than usual. We want to thank you for your patience with your delivery

good product however feel a bit conned as needed to order and extra 2 boxes of tile as decided to tile and additional area in the utility room and got charged £25 small consignment fee. the first consignment was over £200 the following 2 boxes should of been £36 however with £30 delivery fee and £25 small consignment fee it came to £91 which i think is extortinate
