“The tiles we wanted were out of stock, but Tiles360 said they would contact us as soon as they came back into stock. True to their word they made contact as soon as they were available. The quality of the hall tiles are excellent and we get nothing but admiring comments from anyone visiting our home. Have and will continue to recommend Tiles360 to anyone looking for tiles.”

“Very happy with the service and the site, helping me to work out sizes needed etc. The thing I’m not overly happy about is that the tiles I bought Calabria Light Grey don’t really match the photos - they are a lot more grey than stone looking like they are in the pictures, and the rough edges to make them look like stone seem to be entirely straight. I’m really hoping they look better when fitted which will be in a few weeks…and the problem of course is how to return 11 boxes of tiles so now I’m stuck with them.”

Thank you for your review and kind words regarding our service and website. We are sorry to hear you are not 100% happy with your tiles. Depending on your personal settings on your computer or phone, the tiles on the website can be a slightly different colour in reality to that shown on an image. For this reason, we encourage customers to order a sample tile of the product they are interested in so they can see the actual colour as the colour on a website cannot be guaranteed. These tiles do have a varying light grey tone to replicate the appearance of real stone.

“Fantastic quality tiles, non slip so ideal for the bathroom and look very stylish. A fraction of the price compared to other well known brands that I’ve bought in the past. I have fitted these in one of my rental properties, very happy tenants 👍”

“Bought 1 box of tiles. They are lovely tiles. the box was only £25 but it cost me £90 to get them with all the charges they add on (small order fee??) Not very happy with that!”

Thank you for your review, sorry to hear you weren't happy with the delivery charges. We deliver all our tile orders on a pallet to ensure damages are limited. We are charged the same price by the carrier companies whether there are 1 box or 50 boxes as the cost is based on weight bands. The smallest weight is up to 250kg. The delivery charge to us to your postcode is greater than the £40 we have charged you, plus the pallet and wrap cost and of course labour. The rising costs of delivery due to HGV driver shortage, unfortunately, left the company with no alternative but to add a surcharge to small orders to simply cover our costs.

“My first order with this company. Ordered a sample to start which came through so quickly and so well packaged. Loved the tile so placed an order. Again the tiles arrived super quick and all in perfect condition. Constantly updated on delivery too. Excellent service.”
