“What amazing customer service! Some of the tiles we had ordered just before Christmas were out of stock. We were contacted immediately by Mark who offered a refund or replacement within time for Christmas. I ordered a replacement, mucked up the order, Mark put everything right and we received the order in time for Christmas!”

“On the delivery day a free sample arrived in the post. The lady at Tiles 360 was extremely helpful when I rang to query this, reassuring me that I had ordered 1 box of 50 not just 1 tile. Within the hour my order arrived and they look fab-u-lous now they’re in place.”

“After ordering a sample the tiles i wanted were out of stock. I used the online chat to speak to an advisor who then emailed me to let me know as soon as they were available. I ordered them and the delivery was excellent i especially liked how you got to choose your delivery date at the checkout. Our tiles arrived on time and are just what we wanted. Excellent service all round”

“We had some issues with delivery due to the delivery vehicle being in an accident, however they kept us informed and the order was delivered two days later... excellent service and communication, very pleased with the tiles too. Thank you”

“Tiles were brilliant and good price. Delivery was prompt. What I found strange was delivery being made via a pallet network on an artic ! Not really the best option for domestic deliveries and this should be reviewed as not efficient.”

Thank you for your review and rating. To answer your query regarding a palleted delivery, all our tile orders, whether one carton or 50 cartons are shrink-wrapped and delivered on a pallet to minimise damages. As you can appreciate, tiles are brittle and easily damaged if not secure and if we used a courier service, the damages would be greater and not efficient to either us or our customers.

“Very pleased with the how the semi wetroom looks with these tiles. The colour is just what we had in mind but had so much trouble finding and the the rectangular proportions of the tiles looks great with white grout. The tiles were much cheaper than alternatives we looked at, but they are very thin and any had a slight bow making them brittle so the effect is rustic in the corners and we did lose quite a few to breakage in transit., hence 4 stars not 5.”

“Tiles arrived to the store in Crawley smashed to pieces no one from the store then called to let me know so I went along to collect. Once there it took the staff ages to find my order to then be told it was not fit for collection. I was told to call the Newcastle branch as it was a web order and they were amazing sent them to me the next day free of charge. Poor store quality control and poor customer service. Let’s hope when the tiles arrive for the second time they are ok!”
