“Online ordering is easy. Be sure to read the delivery instructions. I did thankfully! I used the online chat which was quick and easy. Tiles are the Kent Grey and fantastic quality. We’ve had lots of comments too.”

“I was laying tiles brick bond so I needed flat tiles, I sent for lots of samples from different companies and struggled to find flat ones. These tiles were really flat and were easy to lay and they look amazing. I am so pleased with them and would highly recommend. Thanks Peter kemp”

“Tiles came very quickly . Unfortunately the lorry driver tipped them and one box broke. Great customer service when I rang tiles 360. Replaced tiles with extra within 2 days. Tiles look amazing exactly as was on website, very good quality . Just waiting for concrete base to cure before can lay .”

“I found this company when searching online for outdoor tiles. I’d never ordered from them before, but took the plunge. My tiles were delivered on time, on the date I had requested. There was one box of tiles that had broken during transit. I emailed the company immediately to advise of this. I was called the next morning the very friendly gentleman that rung, apologised and arranged for a new box to be sent out straight away. They actually sent two boxes to make sure that at least 1 arrived safely. The tiles themselves are beautiful, very good quality at an excellent price point. I can’t rate they’re customer service highly enough! I will definitely be ordering with them again and have recommended them to family and friends.”

“We bought the Knightsbridge tiles in white and they are beautiful! They look handmade as they vary in shape slightly and I love them. Really good quality and quick delivery”

“Honestly what a lovely company! The customer service from start to finish has been so efficient and helpful, i can't rate these guys enough, fixed things so quickly when there was a slight hitch. We also received our order really quickly and the tiles were the best value compared to some of the other mainstream brands for exactly the same quality. But really its the customer service that I'm mega impressed with.”

“Excellent service . Excellent quality had a few broken tiles on delivery which Helen dealt with a professional response even phoning me a couple of weeks after to see if I would need them replacing or a refund . She issued a refund that day as I had pently. Definitely recommend the company to family and friends.”

“Would highly recommend this company. Some amazing products, customer service that you can actually get through to without an hour wait and fantastic delivery. Some tiles actually came cracked , these things happen, but one quick phone call and all was sorted. Can't recommend enough!”

“I paid for delivery and got a call saying I could pick them up close to where I live. I got my delivery charge refunded.I can’t answer rest of it as I haven’t got them up yet and I collected them myself”
