“I bought wood effect tiles and the quality was incredible. Communication and customer service was excellent as I had to delay the order twice in order for my builder to complete the underfloor heating etc and Tiles360 was very professional and helpful with my requests. I highly recommend this company 5 stars ⭐️ all around!”

“Post delivery service was great ... 2 cartons of tiles were broken. Helen, responded to the issue and proposed a solution immediately, ad subsequently diarised and proactively reached out to ensure a smooth resolution. A1 customer service, even though it was only for a £150 order.”

“Tiles were faulty- company replaced them but delayed job by a week so we incurred extra cost of our plumbers time. Would not recommend”

We are very sorry that faulty tiles were sent to you. Although we do quality check all tiles, there are rare occasions where some will slip through due to the nature of the tile. this was one of those occasions, unfortunately. Once the issue was highlighted to us by your plumber, we swiftly sent replacements for the project to be completed. We can only apologies again for any inconvenience this course you.

“I love my Kent blue tiles, which are suitable for my outdoor balcony. I found the Tiles360 customer service exemplary. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful. Mark gave me lots of help and advice when I was choosing the tiles and Helen went above and beyond when helping me with delivery etc. I couldn't recommend them enough.”

“Samples all arrived safely and Tiles360 had a great range. The delivery driver was really helpful too - not strictly Tiles360 but the delivery is in many ways the most important part. The only downside was the tiles came the day after the day I'd booked so my partner wasn't in as we'd arranged. Someone rang fairly late on the day to let me know and of course these things happen but it did make life more difficult. Even though our property is a long way from where he could park his lorry, the driver brought them to the edge of our property. We haven't installed the tiles yet but I think they will look great.”

“Looking at tiles on the internet does not always allow you to see in the right environment, but you can use the sample service, which is a fantastic option and worth the small cost involved to allow an informed purchase The staff was very helpful and the items arrived in pristine condition, will be going back to them when we start our next project”

“Superb overall service. Sample tiles were delivered very quickly, questions answered on the website chat was immediate and very helpful.
