“Excellent customer service. Answered all our pre- purchase questions promptly and gave useful advice. Tiles were delivered on time & in perfect condition. We really like the Gemma Cream tiles and they look great in our new kitchen.”

“The tiles are lovely and came in a perfect condition. The delivery charge was excessive in the last lot and the delivery driver (same both times) very abrupt and unhelpful.”

“Bought black sonic metro tiles. Very poor quality tiles. They all started breaking after 2 months of installation. Will never buy from them. Such a wastage of material and labour cost. Prefer to buy from shops at least will get good customer service.”

Hi Sonal, Thank you for your review. We appreciate reviews from customers either positive or negative but we would just like to make a point over your comments. As discussed with you over several emails, we sell a lot of the Sonic tile and have not had any other reports of this issue. Our customer services team took the time to look into this issue for you, the buyers of the tiles who have extensive knowledge of this tile even reviewed your emails and pictures. As you were advised the tiles themselves and the way that the grout was shown to be cracking suggested that the tiles had been fitted to an unsuitable surface, which had caused movement and so brought on the cracks. We as a company try to resolve any issues that we can as soon as possible for customers, but unfortunately when it is not a tile quality issue we were unable to do anymore for you.

“I've ordered a couple of times now and I haven't been disappointed. I ordered the same tiles in different colours and they are absolutely gorgeous. The tiles themselves are really good quality and look great on the walls. They came within a few days, very prompt!”

“Amazing customer service! Called me immediately the tiles I was looking for came into stock and even went above and beyond to get them delivered within 24 hours!! Best customer service I’ve experienced! Gina was so lovely to deal with, so happy to help, simply fab company! Tiles were amazing too, exactly as described, arrived perfect, driver was lovely too. More companies should be like Tiles 360!!!! Great service is rare lately. 10/10 to Tiles 360 I highly recommend them!!!”

“Well… they sent me a sample tile, it arrived VERY broken but I don’t really hold that against them — it happens. They refunded very promptly and were super efficient and quick on comms. I’d be happy to order through them again. But sadly I will say that I didn’t love the tile. Sorry!”
