“Excellent company to deal with, ordering easy, communication excellent, It felt like nothing was too much trouble. Delivered on time as promised. The sample service they offer is great, fast and good value. Based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tiles360.”

“Very good tiles, delivered very quickly. Helpful people in the office - this was important when there was a problem with a second order, they did their best to resolve it quickly and without any quibbling. A good company, and they seem to offer quite different styles than other companies.”

“I’m happy with the service of tiles 360! I was a bit skepticle after reading the delivery company reviews. I personally had no issues at all and he was friendly even though I wasn’t around to sign for them. Delighted with them high quality, my tiler loved them and wants to order the same ones. Thanks a lot I ordered the hex floor tiles and the green ones in herringbone pattern!”

“Product lovely. The young lady talking me through the delivery trauma was absolutely fantastic. She was a real star. Your delivery provider would score out of 100 , approximately MINUS 75!!! APPALLING. Kind Regards David”

Thank you for your review and rating and your kind comments on our customer service. We are sorry you are disappointed with the delivery. We use a third-party company and once a delivery has left us, we are at their mercy. As a rule, issues with late deliveries are rare. However, due to the current shortage of HGV Drivers up and down the country, we are experiencing more late deliveries than usual. We want to thank you for your patience with your delivery

“Very quick and efficient delivery. Quite expensive delivery charge for small quantity . Delighted with the tiles all intact too. Got phone call from 360 tiles as ordered two separate orders and refunded one delivery charge. Tiles were very reasonable .”
