Ordered samples for bathroom from a number of suppliers Tiles360 delivered quickest and tiles packaged safely without excess Tiles excellent quality and are such a fantastic price Another supplier obviously has to cover the fancy sample boxes with their higher prices Based on the service given getting samples definitely ordering these Gemma tiles in white and green from Tiles360

Order and delivery process and choice tiles great, however response of Customer Services about 1 box with production fault in 4 out of 6 tiles is not customer centric as only thinks damage can be done by delivery. Response inflexible as would not acknowledge manufacturing fault. Then would not process a separate paid order for 4 sample tiles as spares. Advice - check every tile fully on day of delivery as they will cite T&C's (48hrs) for any issue. Would not use for a large order due to this issue.

Hi Sarah, thank you for your review. As discussed with yourself and one of our Customer Service Agents over email, we couldn't replace the damaged tiles almost two weeks after you received them. We are happy to replace any damages if you inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods as you agreed to when accepting our T&C's. If this issue was a manufacturing fault we would have replaced the tiles straight away. Thanks Tiles360

This time is described as having navy in the design . It is in fact grey , so disappointing .

Great product. When 24 tiles arrived broken from delivery I received 39 tiles the very next day. Great customer service and speed in dealing with issues.

Given totally the wrong tile had to accept paying for a small order and then you had that nerve to deduct a payment for return would not recommend you to anyone

Hi Thomas, Thank you for your review. We acknowledge your comments but your review is not entirely valid. First of all, You did not purchase a sample tile, which we advise all customers to do as this is the best way for people to see the tiles in person and make a more informed decision. Our customer service team helped with the delivery charges and refunded the charges straight away as you requested to collect the tiles. As a good will gesture on the day of collection you were given 2 FOC tiles, We were made aware by our supplier that you and your wife were not 100% sure about the tiles on that day but you decided to take the tiles anyway. And to finish when you asked to return the tiles, AGAIN as a good will gesture we did not deduct the cancellation charge of ÂŁ35 from you because you asked to bring the tiles back in person. The charge you speak of for ÂŁ2.50 is actually out of our hands and is a charge for using your card. Again we are sorry you felt you needed to leave a negative review but we feel we have been more than helpful and our customer services team has gone above and beyond for you Kind Regards Team 360

Arrived safely and look lovely on kitchen wall. Disappointed you couldn’t give information on grout colours and that the sample tile I ordered for another colour I was considering never arrived.

We would like to cover the issues you have raised, The tile sample you did not receive was refunded. If you would have preferred to still receive that tile the customer service team would have been happy to re-send the sample. With regards to the grout colour it is very much a personal preference, we do however try our best and supply information for colours available, as we only have a limited amount of colours available on our site.
