“I ordered samples of the Lacquer, Greige, Beige and Sage and ultimately purchased the Lacquer Greige tiles for a feature wall in my bathroom and they are all lovely, good quality tiles. Tiles360 Customer Service is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised after ordering to get a call from Gina who said she had seen I am based in Sheffield and since their supplier is local to me, asked if I would prefer to pick them up to save the delivery fee, which I did. The fee was very quickly refunded to my card. After fitting, I had a full box spare so I phoned to ask if I could return it. This was arranged by Customer Services for the same day and again the refund was made to my card really quickly. Would highly recommend this company.”

“Good selection but not being able to buy what quantity you want is a draw back. Box quantity only! Better off going to your local tile shop and buying the amount you need”

Thank you for your review. We sell quality tiles and try to keep the SQM price as low as possible for our customers. One of the ways we achieve this is to sell in full cartons only. The tile you had a sample of comes in 1 SQM carton containing 34 tiles.

“I have absolutely no problem recommending Tiles 360. My order was processed efficiently and speedily and the delivery of my tiles arrived far quicker than I expected. I even managed to get more tiles very quickly after I had made a mess of my first order regarding how many tiles I actually needed.”

“Very happy with Tiles360. I needed an extra tile and wasn’t sure if I could just buy one! They provided the option at low cost and dealt with the transaction very professionally. Good and timely communication by email and fast delivery in very safe packaging. Also followed up to check all ok. Would definitely use again!”

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our sample service. We do limit sample tiles to one of the same tiles to a customer due to the cost involved in providing this service. However, when a tile has multiple shades of colour, if you contact us, we can arrange for more sample tiles to be purchased.

“These were advertised as blue/green and the photo looked green tinged but on arrival they were more pale blue/light grey. Not a speck of green. I kept them because I loved the style and grey fitted well with the cupboard doors but green would have lifted the colour nicely. Shame but I’m still happy”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with the colour of the tiles. We always encourage customers to order a sample to ensure they are satisfied with the colour. We can see you did order a sample but placed an entire order before you would have received the sample tile. We advise waiting 5 days from the order date for a sample to arrive
