“The tiles we ordered are fantastic and amazing value for money! Everyone who sees them loves the colours. I personally love the shimmer, the reflection gives. Unfortunately upon deliver one of the boxes was damaged. However, your customer service was beyond brilliant. A refund was offered but after a brief discussion a new replacement box was sent out within a few days with no extra delivery cost to me. The replacement box arrived in perfect condition, well protected against any further accidents. Thank you!”

“We had an issue with our first delivery as most of the tiles arrived broken. Tiles 360 were really helpful and fast with providing a refund so we decided to reorder. The second order was perfect. They’ve all been installed now and they look great, we’re really pleased.”

“good product however feel a bit conned as needed to order and extra 2 boxes of tile as decided to tile and additional area in the utility room and got charged £25 small consignment fee. the first consignment was over £200 the following 2 boxes should of been £36 however with £30 delivery fee and £25 small consignment fee it came to £91 which i think is extortinate”

Thank you for your review and rating. We are sorry you are disappointed with the cost of small order shipping. We deliver all our tile orders on a pallet to ensure damages are limited. We are charged the same price by the carrier companies whether there are 2 boxes or 50 boxes as the cost is based on weight bands. The smallest weight is up to 250kg. The delivery cost for us to your postcode is £45 plus the pallet and wrap cost and of course labour. The rising costs of delivery due to HGV driver storage, unfortunately, left the company with no alternative but to add a surcharge to small orders to simply cover our costs.

“Your staff were brilliant! Very friendly and kept me updated on when and how my delivery was coming along. I couldn't fault them at all they are a credit to you. They even called me after I received my order to check I was happy with it. I would recommend Tiles360 to anyone. Tiles were beautiful too!!”

“I was very dubious about buying tiles online especially when buying over 500 and wondering how many would be damaged and how easy it would be to return. Ordered a sample tile which arrived promptly then ordered the full delivery. Very pleased with the outcome, tiles ordered and delivered on date promised. Came packaged well on a sturdy pallet and Pallex driver couldn't have been more helpful - really good as I read some bad reviews about the courier. One tile cracked in the delivery and 10 with chipped edges which I thought was a good result. I didn't use their customer service as I could use the damaged ones but from a purchase and delivery perspective I had a good experience.”

“Beautiful tiles with decent prices and purchasing was great with a spot-on delivery time. Actual delivery, less so. Turned up really late – so much so I thought they weren't coming and had gone out only for them to call once they had unexpectedly arrived - why they couldn't have called beforehand to give me an ETA I have no idea - then for my tiles to get dumped in the rain on my drive way. I attempted to return tiles I didn't need but found this to be fraught with issues - how can you return unopened tiles and then be expected to take responsibility if they get damage in return transit? Returning was prohibitively expensive with the suggested pallet return company so haven't bothered.”

Thank you for your review and rating. We are sorry to hear you didn't get any call regarding the time of your delivery. This is not an excuse but the whole pallet delivery network is under immense pressure that we are aware some customers are not getting the communication expected. The delivery is to kerbside only so the delivery driver wouldn't have taken them any nearer to your door. Regarding the returns process, we have one of the best returns policies for online tiles. We recommend returning tiles via a palletised service as we know, from experience, that using a courier company will result in many damages meaning the tiles are not returned in a resaleable condition and therefore not eligible for a refund.
