“I was disappointed to find that a large percentage of these tiles were in shades of grey while I was expecting tiles of a terra cotta hue. I ordered ten boxes and about four of them are not useable for me.”

“Would be 5star but for the issue that delivery which is kerbside only was not even to doorstep which made for laborious transport into my house. Otherwise everything was perfect, fast delivery and each time in perfect condition. They look to be high quality too.”

“Here’s my honest opinion…. Tiles are great and and at a great price, packed well for transport ( on their side edge) on a pallet. No broken or damaged tiles! The tiles were great to work with a cut nicely and give us the WOW factor and Mediterranean feel we wanted.. My only gripe to not give 100% positive review was the courier ( palletways) not much communication they wrong communication they said the tiles might come up to 11-15 pm at night( just ridiculous) I’d have paid for a difference courier if I’d known. But recommend Tiles 360 ..”

Your tiles look amazing. just to address the courier issue, we are unsure why you were advised that your delivery could be a very late delivery, Delivery with Palletways is an all day delivery and can be anything from 8am until 6 latest 6.30pm in the evening.
