“The tiler didn’t like the quality so I didn’t use them”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you didn't use the tiles you ordered but also equally surprised to know your tiler didn't like quality. We have sold 000's of SQM of this tile and had no complaints. However, every tiler is different and likes or dislikes different tiles. We have a returns policy that you could have applied to gain a refund.

“Tile 360 products are very good once installed but both the sample tiles and the 10% extra I bought for spares were broken and came on a damaged pallet so might be worth buying an extra pack than you need not to leave your self short”

“very pleased with packaging - when I ordered a sample it was broken on delivery and I was very unsure of larger order. no need to worry as larger order very well packaged and nothing broken. tiles are beautiful, best i have seen, and I have seen lots.”

“Tiles are great quality. Delivered when requested ( I had to communicate directly with the depot/courier as I needed to postpone delivery as I hadn't understood I had to be present to sign. The tiles aren't laid yet (this week fingers crossed) but very happy with 360”

“Great tiles and quick delivery but poor service on returns with only a 30 day return period. Very difficult to plan big projects and be able to send overs back in that time frame. Now left with £120 worth of tiles I can't do anything with that only arrived 6 weeks ago and are still sold on the website?”

Thank you for your review ad we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our 30-day return period. As stated in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you placed your order, we offer a refund on any leftover full cartons up to 30 days from the delivery date as long as they are the same batch that we currently have in stock. Your Tiles were delivered 47 days ago and not the same batch we currently stock and therefore we are unable to resell. As per our email conversations with you today, we offer one of the most generous return and refund policies within the online tile industry. Many other companies only offer 14 days and some will not accept leftover tiles at all. Due to high turnover of tile sales, we are unable to extend beyond 30 days.

“Fast and efficient service, I would certainly recommend this company to my family and friends. The tiles are absolutely beautiful the only down side is that I have to wait until November for the fitters to install my new bathroom suite and tiles.”

“Great, speedy customer service - answering all my (many) questions, just as you want an internet supplier to do. Tile I bought - felix brown - I was looking for a terracotta / cotto style and these ended up being perfect. The sample service worked really well. My full tile delivery arrived on time. I would use Tiles360 again. Tiles not installed yet but I will be sending in photos once they are.”
