“The tile was well packed and arrived safely. It was really nice but in the end I decided not to use it, was put off also as it said on the website that stock was low. But would consider using it again for second bathroom!”

“Ordered a tile sample from yourselves, waste of time the tile came all smashed to pieces in the box and was nowhere near the colour of the actual picture nor design. Safe to say I went elsewhere”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn your sample tile arrived smashed. If you had contacted us we could have addressed the issue. We have issued you a full refund today for the cost of the damaged tile you received. Regarding the sample not looking like the image, we do state that tiles can differ in colour slightly from that shown in pictures on the website due to a personal choice of device brightness settings. You did exactly the right thing by ordering a sample before placing an order so you could assess if the colour was right for you, which on this occasion wasn't.

“Amazing service after my initial tile sample arrived broken. Jade called me and wanted to see if there was anything she could do as the order I wanted to subsequently place had also then gone out of stock. She called me back again within 5 minutes having gone away and located enough tiles left for me to do the fire hearth I wanted some for. An amazing level of service which is so hard to find in this digital age. Would definitely order again from them - highly recommend as they actually care about their products and their customers. Very impressed!”

“Really good quality tiles and the samples arrived promptly. Delivery was spot on the requested day. A happy customer would definitely buy again from Tiles369. Each tile came individually wrapped and on a pallet so none damaged.”

“Whilst the tiles are Ok your delivery contactor is hopeless along with the tile boxes. Every box of tiles had split open on the pallet luckily you shrank wrapped the pallet and only three tiles had broken once I found them all. Your delivery contactor had sub our delivery to another company, yes I know we paid for kerbside but normal they reverse onto the drive but not this delivery driver's kerbside was kerbside”

Thank you for your review and rating. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the delivery. Yes, you are correct, it is kerbside delivery. The drivers are not insured on your property but at their discretion they will try and get a pallet delivery as near as they can.

“Make sure you check the tiles on delivery. I ordered 5 boxes. 3 quarters of one box the tiles were broken. I didn’t open the box until I’d had them for a couple of weeks then it was too late to complain. I managed to do the job with no tiles to spare, literally going through the scraps! Looks good!”
