“I haven’t recieved the tiles yet. I bought them through tilersworld as they were a good price. I phoned up a few times and sent emails about when my order will be delivered, thinking they would arrive within a few days. I was told they would be delivered the following day but they didn’t turn up. Still waiting to get a delivery day and time through an email or something. There isn’t a link on my account to see the orders that I’ve placed either and it’s status. Hopefully they will arrive soon as my tiler couldn’t finish the job :(”

“My experience couldn't have been better. We needed a fairly small quantity of anhydrite adhesive in a hurry, having been let down, and Tilers World supplied. I received a friendly chatty phone call about the likely delivery dates, which were both prompt - as it happened, the adhesive arrived on the earlier day. I would happily buy from them again.”
