“I arrived at a situation where i needed tiles yesterday due to a problem with the previous tiles I had planned on. Tilers-world to the rescue. I telephoned and found them really helpful. They also talked me through the online ordering system and stayed on the line while I sorted my order to ensure delivery ASAP. Their delivery charging system wasn’t the easiest to understand but they talked me through it. Order made and tiles arrived the following AM. Really pleased with both the ordering process and the tiles. Only downside is that the delivery driver couldn’t remove the pallet he brought the tiles in on, so this is now parked outside my house until I can find someone to help me lift it elsewhere.”

“What a find! I had given up on having tiles in our bathroom and conservatory until my daughter found this web site. Lovely tiles at great prices. And the customer service is excellent - Patrick rang up to check my order and arrange a delivery date. Thank you. I'll send a photo when we have laid the tiles!”

“They rang me up to check what the tiles I’d ordered were for and told me they wouldn’t be suitable. They refunded my money straight away. I was very grateful, after all they could have not bothered and I would have wasted my money. Great customer service. Thank you.”

“I'm very pleased with the service. The prices were cheaper than other retailers I found that were selling the same tiles. They arrived safely, and look absolutely beautiful.
