“I had never used Tilers World before but chose them because they had the tiles I wanted 15% cheaper than other suppliers. In future I will chose to buy with them not purely on price but also because of the brilliant customer service they have given me. Our delivery of the tiles was tricky, purely because of where I live. Patrick at tilers world went far above and beyond what was required when helping to overcome the difficulties i had. And always in a such a polite and friendly manner. Couldn’t reccomend them more highly !!!!!”

“10* (if the maximum is 5*). Patrick always managed to respond to my questions immediately. He tirelessly (I have no diy knowledge) gave advice on most effective products and instructions pertaining to the bathroom diy process (including various waterproofing options for various surfaces and their environments). Tiles were half the price I had seen elsewhere- and amongst other purchases arrived two days later (albeit non express delivery). Patrick kept me informed and involved with the logistics. Tiles are beautiful. Definitely recommend it as a buyers first choice.”
