“Beautiful tiles. Very pleased. Sample ordered initially, which I found really helpful. Quick delivery too, although I did find delivery cost @ £14.99 for 2 mosaic tiles a little excessive.”

“Ordered 3 bags of adhesive and was delivered promptly, with follow up calls, and dropped in my choice of place. Perfect service when other companies wanted the same cost of the adhesive to deliver on a pallet! Would definitely use again.”

“Placed my order online on the Monday then got a call from Patrick (who was extremely helpful) booking my delivery down to Cornwall for the Thursday. Received a call from the driver on the Thursday morning saying the delivery would be with me within the hour - it turned up on time, securely packaged on the 1 pallet and trucked straight into my garage in a matter of minutes. Excellent service and communication from start to finish, very competitively priced and easy to order would definitely recommend and use this company again.”

“I placed an order and 2 days later I received a missed call from a mobile number that left me a voicemail asking me to call them back about my order, I have been phoning since and no one has ever answered and my order has not turned up. Thankfully it was only a few sample tiles that didn’t cost much. That’s not the point but there are other ways they could communicate such as via email but they don’t seem capable of that. Based on my experience I am unsure how legitimate this company is.”

“Ordering my tiles was nice and simple. I received a phone call 2 days after placing my order asking if I would be available to receive the order the next day. The parcel arrived as promised and was securely packed and pristine! I would 100% recommend tilers-world to others and use them again myself! Well done!”

“Quick dispatch. I got a call asking about details of the courier before the pallet was posted. I didnt get a call from the courier like i was told i would have. I know that isn’t exactly the fault of the company. It was lucky I happened to come home at the right time. Only one broken tile out of 25 sq meters. Not bad considering. I would recommend this company.”
