“We required some floor tiles, adhesive and grout, as well as a non stock item - uncoupling mat. The customer service were spot on, providing a be-spoke quote which we accepted. Delivery timescales were tight due to a booked trip, but Luke in customer service was brilliant - basically ordered 15.02.2024 and all delivered bt 19.02.2024 Will definitely use again”

“Received tiles which were nice but 1 was cracked. Emailed them back to tell them and if I was 1 short when tiling they would send me 1 tile to replace broken one. Now in my book that's good customer service”
