“I purchased a couple of samples. Good service and the tiles match in size to the tiles on my Victorian terrace that has Underground tiles on. I haven’t decided whether to use them or not because I don’t think they are frostproof.”

“We bought our kitchen wall tiles from these guys. Some of the tiles arrived damaged in transit. I informed them about this and they sent them straight away with no problem whatsoever. Great service....”

“Great choice of tiles and quick delivery. Received the email confirming the order, one part would be an order and arrive later; as stated on their website, but the received paperwork said it was on the pallet, so it was a little confusing if they should have been there or not. I had no paperwork or email about them coming later. They confirmed it was still on order and due to arrive separately later once I contacted them.”

“A great range of products delivered very swiftly. Notwithstanding the excellent way in which the tiles were packaged, a small number arrived broken which were quickly replaced following an email and photograph of the broken tiles. Extremely happy with the service!”

“Helpful call immediately after ordering, from someone who recognised that something had gone wrong in placing my order: averted a calamity as the matter was rectified instantly. Should also mention that Tile.Co.uk has selected a very good delivery contractor - prompt, efficient and helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. NB - can’t review products as yet, as they won’t be used for a few weeks.”
