“I really loved the range of tiles from this outfit, not least because there were many I'd not seen anywhere else. After ordering they arrived very quickly and were in perfect order. I had to email for advice twice and received a helpful reply within an hour on both occasions. Superb service. Many thanks.”

Hello Rasha, We only send out 3 free samples but you placed 6 individual orders which means you never paid the postage for the extra sample requests. If you require all 6 samples please place a new order including all samples and pay the delivery charge based on the total number of samples requested.

“Poor quality and customer service. Cream tiles ordered and depicted on website, grey tiles delivered. They refused to reimburse me for my £50 postage despite this. See pic of delivered grey tile versus my existing cream ones.”

Hello James, thank you for the review. Your photo shows the cream tile ordered against a different tile we do not sell so they will be a different colour and shade. After inspecting the tiles, we can confirm you were sent the correct tiles ordered. As you did not like the tiles and sent them back we refunded your tiles as it was within 28 days but as we state in our terms and conditions we do not refund delivery charges as we use third party delivery services. We would in future recommend requesting a free sample first before placing an order as the images on the web site are for illustrated purposes only and different devices will display different shading based on its settings.

“Great quality. We needed just two tiles to complete out bathroom and found that we could bug them separately here. Unfortunately we'd already bought the rest of the tiles from Easy Bathrooms in Bradford who were absolutely appalling (branch, the call centre staff were great).”

“Ordered 5 samples. All smashed into several pieces in the post as the bubble wrap had been thrown into the box as a token gesture. That said they are samples so I can work out what I want from them. Question is do I trust them to pack my purchase properly?”

Hello Katie, apologies for the state of the samples received. Rest assured any full orders would be delivered very differently with euro pallets and heat wraps used to transport heavy loads safely. If you do require new samples please let us know by emailing hello@tile.co.uk
