“I ordered a sample tile. The tile I received is nice though a bit thin at 7mm, given most borders start at 8mm...it's a decent price but I have not rushed to order as I am not impressed with Tile.co.uk delivery conditions: £39 to leave the pallet in the street!”

“1. Ordered sample before purchase just to make sure we liked it - non-arrival. 2. Requested suitability of a product for a specific job, got a few don't know type of replies, the final one said requested information from their supplier, this was the last correspondence. 3. So if this is the type of service before purchase - be aware and make your own decision from my above very recent dealings with them. Obviously, this is not a company I will be using, because so far it has done nothing apart from disappoint and deliver nothing physical or answers to a straightforward query.”

“All tiles came damaged so tiller unable to complete the job meaning I had to pay the tiler twice. Tile co.uk did replace without a problem with delivery next day.”

Hello Paul, sorry to hear you received damages. We would always recommend ordering tiles first and checking them before booking in a tiler as, unfortunately, tiles are fragile by nature and, sometimes, prone to chip and crack when transported. We hope the tiles look good now fitted.
