“i cannot rate this company enough. i telephoned to ask a few questions, immediate pick up of calls, knowledgeable customer service guy. made order, delivery great. no issues. one box of floor tiles were completetely broken in half, sent photo, replacement arrived a few days later. had to re order another box as i mis calculated, again with me in a few days. great prices, great tiles!”

“We couldn't see what the tiles looked like ,they were cut in the middle of the print .very poor ,in complete tile not much point sending the sample in that condition .”

Hi Karen, Thank you for your review. Yes we send out cut tiles as free samples and with the 20x20 mix prints we usually send 2 half tiles so it is possible to send out With the Royal Mail. The idea with receiving the sample is to view the finish, colour and quality of the tile before placing an order and we hope 2 half's of different prints of tile will help make.

“I ordered a sample tile. Excellent service. What stopped me placing an order after was a delivery charge of £20. I only needed 15 tiles so decided it wasn’t worth it.”
