“Very disappointing to have placed an order which apparently has been sent and Parcelforce couldn't deliver but no note through my front door and no way of tracking and despite trying to contact Customer Service at the Tile Warehouse I have had no response. Very poor and won't be bothering to buy from them. A waste of time and money”

“I found Tile Warehouse is a superb company to deal with. Their website enabled me to request sample Tiles very easily, which arrived beautifully presented within two days. After ordering, the Tiles arrived two days later, very securely packed, with no breakages, and I now have a beautiful, totally transformed, bathroom. “We were really impressed with the tiles we ordered. They were quick to arrive and in perfect condition. The customer service is great and happily added a note for the delivery driver as I could not be at home for a couple of hours on the day of delivery. Would certainly use again.”
