“It's a pity that it took 3 deliveries before receiving my order undamaged in transit. Very poor packaging.”

“Not responding to problem with non matching tile after 5 days, will have to get Credit Card Co. to sort if they don't hurry up.”

It does look like you approached us on the day we closed for Christmas Dec23rd and we responded on the 2nd of January as we returned. Our colleagues do deserve a break over the holidays to celebrate with their families. “Tiles were fine, but extremely hard to cut! That said, the first delivery of 22 had 11 tiles smashed to bits, thanks to Fedex, who had already delivered the package to the wrong addreess 2 days before. To be fair to Tile Warehouse they send a full replacement pack in 24 hours, using DPD courier. All OK this time, so they musat be applauded for correcting a bad situation. Also liked the fact they send out 3 free samples for colour matching.”
