“Excellent service, the tiles we ordered were of good quality and good value. Delivery was also very good for time and standard. Communication from the company was very efficient. A first set of tiles were damaged in transit - we knew nothing of the issue except via an email from the company apologising for this and organising replacements - which arrived only a day after the original order was supposed to, fantastic service.”

Having investigated this, it was unfortunate that the driver experienced heavy volumes of traffic on the specified date and despite us keeping you updated on his progress, the driver just ran out of legal driving hours to complete the delivery, this was completed the next day. We apologise that the delivery was not everything we both hoped for, and we will convey the feelings to our carrier partner for their thoughts.
