“No issue with the company itself, some issue with quality of product. The tiles were on offer, however not described as seconds or anything. There are at least 10% of the tiles that we are unable to use due to imperfections on the tile, or chips on the corners. Very frustrating when we have ordered the right amount plus a contingency and may have to purchase more to finish the job and pay for another delivery.”

“I bought some wonderful floor tiles from this company. They were a very good price and, unlike many other companies that I had tried ordering similar tiles from, they actually had them in stock, ready to dispatch. I knew the measurements and how many tiles were needed but they also did a calculation for me which was reassuring. The rose was completed over the phone and the tiles were sent out on the exact date that we agreed. My lounge is now tiled and I am extremely pleased with the quality. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. Many thanks indeed!”

We do make it clear that returns are at the customer’s expense, and while we can suggest courier services that offer collection, they can be costly. “Terrible company, tiles sent by courier with no padded packaging and a small fragile label on them. Every single tile was broken and no offer of compensation to cover the labour we had paid for that day. Rubbish”

Hi Paul, I’m very sorry to hear about the broken tiles and the lack of suitable packaging. This isn’t what we aim for. It is always a fine balance to try and reduce the amount of packaging we use as a green initiative and to make sure there is enough to protect what we send. It is in our interests to do this as replacements and the cost to deliver them outweigh the savings. We always will replace damages when we get it wrong, even if its the carrier and not us but that is why we always say you should not book tilers until you have the delivery and you are satisfied with them. I'm sorry in this instance it didn't work out Kind regards, Team Tile Warehouse

“Ordered two samples. One I had to pay £10 delivery (the tile itself cost £4.41) - it arrived on the same day as a free sample. It was extremely frustrating not to have a product number on the invoice/delivery slip;. This made progressing to an order difficult - and easier to forget the whole thing and go to a competitor”

Hi Guido, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the delivery charge and the lack of a product number on your invoice, which made placing an order frustrating. This isn’t the experience we want for customers. The product number is always on the sticker on the back of the tile for easy reference if you still need it. With regards to the full sample, i presume you ordered one tile and not a full size sample so the system will charge delivery. The yellow button on the page would have given you free sample ordering and delivery where you only pay for the tile itself. Kind regards, Team Tile Warehouse
