Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

Tile Warehouse also offers a dedicated sample service so you can try before you buy; a Tile Visualiser that allows you to picture how your chosen tiles would look in your home; a Tile Calculator that tells you how many tiles you will need for your room together with free delivery on all orders over £300.

“Arrived 2 packets broken .. promised would be replaced in 2days .. nothing!!! numerous calls and 5days later delivered.. Very poor customer service .. shocking company to deal with”

It’s frustrating when things don’t go as promised, and I understand how important timely resolution is to our customers. Your feedback about our customer service is invaluable as we strive to improve our processes. It does look as though your replacements should have been with you on the Friday (48 hours) after you reported the issue however, as we informed you, the third party carrier had too many drops on the Friday so after it failed, we asked for this to be delivered on the Monday as a first drop for you, this was the first date we could re-schedule. “My order process was very easy, bagged a discount on my tiles and delivery was as scheduled. Communication from start to finish was very good and even after delivery when I found some tiles were damaged, they were quick to replace them. My tiles were used to clad my pond and they look amazing.”

“Beautiful tiles, very good prices and amazing customer service. Initially had scheduled my ordered for a later date, I contacted them to change the delivery date which they happily did for me and the tiles arrived on time. I had one tile broken and contacted them and they were happy to replace it or refund me for the tile. Never had to wait long hours for the customer service and they were always so helpful. Not only beautiful products but also amazing customer service! Thank you very much for making my life so easy!”

“The tiles arrived on time. We found that four of the tiles were damaged and phoned them. They are going to deliver another four which is great with no fuss at all. The tiles were great to look at and just as they were in the photo. Would not hesitate to use tile warehouse again.”
