Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

Tile Warehouse also offers a dedicated sample service so you can try before you buy; a Tile Visualiser that allows you to picture how your chosen tiles would look in your home; a Tile Calculator that tells you how many tiles you will need for your room together with free delivery on all orders over £300.

“Ordered Silk White Marble Effect Tiles (30x60cm) to tike my bathroom. Im not a tiler but would class myself as a competent DIYer.. Tiles were easy enough to work with but noticed that there were some scoring on some tiles (approx 2 box loads) that were unusable as marks were noticable. Some slipped through the net and by the time I noticed was tio late and tiles were running low Happy enough with the finished job. Tiles arrived well package by pallet”

“Tiles were lovely, although some were broken, flimsily packaged but promptly replaced , reasonably priced, good service”

“Talking to Tile Warehouse was very pleasant, they new exactly what I required plus it was easy to order my goods. The cost of my tiles was very very reasonable and it was good that didn't have to order a large amount, my delivery was spot on time and on the correct date and time, I didn't have to return anything but I'm it wouldn't have caused any problems. Excellent service.”

“The Tiles and initial service was very good. One guy called Oliver was particularly good, but unfortunately when I needed to discuss tiles I did not need and buying more instead… everyone I spoke to was saying we will get Oliver to call you back.. Not one of them wanted to deal with anything but a sale.. in the end no call back at all. Just ordered the extra tiles I wanted and never heard any more.”

“The customer service was very disappointing. I paid £30 for next day delivery, yet my order did not arrive on time. I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, but despite calling the customer service team twice, my request was ignored and the order was delivered six days late. At the very least, the company should have contacted me and refunded the delivery charge, given that the goods arrived almost a week later. In the end, I kept the delivery simply to avoid the hassle of going through the same poor service again. I hope the company sees this review, contacts me, and refunds my delivery charges.”
