Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

Tile Warehouse also offers a dedicated sample service so you can try before you buy; a Tile Visualiser that allows you to picture how your chosen tiles would look in your home; a Tile Calculator that tells you how many tiles you will need for your room together with free delivery on all orders over £300.

“Having had endless delays and excuses from my builders it was wonderful to suddenly discover an organisation which was efficient and actually did what it promised. The sample tile arrived speedily, when I ordered the delivery date two days ahead including approximate time of delivery. I then needed to change the time and there were no problems. And on the day I received an advance phone call to confirm delivery time. And im absolutely delighted with my tiles. A happy ending after months of irritation and frustration with builders!”

“So disappointed with this product. I especially needed 30x60 size to fit the new bathrooms I’d built from scratch and while the delivery was super fast the tiles are actually 60x29.5 - doesn’t sound like much but a monumental disaster when you’re on a timeline for 4 bathrooms. I expected more professionalism from a company that has « Tile » in its title but sadly won’t be using again. I’m now behind deadlines and have a 1 inch gap at each ceiling that has to be fixed. Dreading showing my client”

Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear about the mismatch in tile size and the impact it’s had on your project timeline. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. We do make it clear that from batch to batch, you can get variances in any tile that is not stated as rectified. This is a known phenomena across all tiles and is not restricted to just us. Most tilers will check before starting a project that the tile meets specifications they are looking for and will flag to the client or set out to accomodate any of these variances. I presume this was not done? We are always happy to help and had you checked before starting we could have offered an alternate product to help, once used, I am afraid this is not possible. “The tiles were great unfortunately your refund process is very expensive especially if you don’t live on the mainland and for this reason is why I would not use tile warehouse again”

While we do our utmost to control our costs on outgoing I am afraid that returns can be high for larger weight returns. “Without doubt, I finally found out it pays to search the net. The prices were more than competitive which drew me in, then the outstanding customer service added a cherry to a very satisfying cake when I had to add some extra tiles to the order ( my fault entirely as I forgot to add in where a washing machine and soon to be defunct dishwasher needed to be tiled), the point is, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, the tile quality is outstanding, the delivery was as promised and bby a cheerful helpful chap too). If you want tiles, with the range this company has you won't go wrong.”
