“It was easy to purchase but the tile saw I bought has arrived and is faulty. Trying to get it exchanged is proving impossible. I continue to jump through hoops in providing information and photographs but still nothing is happening. Follow up customer service is more than poor.”

“Some tiles were broken on arrival but they quickly sent out replacement tiles. I do think the delivery charge for small amounts is excessive like mine.”

“The delivery guy just left it at the door step and went off. They should have at least brought it inside the house. I'm on the ground floor so its not as if they had to climb any stairs. Just lacked normal courtsey. I had lot of other deliveries for various items which were heavier and bulkier than 40 tiles, and they all delivered it inside the house. The quality of the tiles weren't that great either, some were not even, so the tiler had to manipulate with the adhesives and surface to make the tiles look even on the wall.”

“The tiles are beautiful, although the colour is slightly different from the website. My disappointment is the delivery, no email sent with a link to track it, so you are stuck from 8am-6pm, you and your help(big orders) and can't track it from your account either . Check all the tiles boxes, as unfortunately I didn't check them properly and one of them has half of the tiles broken, now I had to order more and pay for them :(”
