Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

Tile Warehouse also offers a dedicated sample service so you can try before you buy; a Tile Visualiser that allows you to picture how your chosen tiles would look in your home; a Tile Calculator that tells you how many tiles you will need for your room together with free delivery on all orders over £300.

“The tiles are just what I needed for my water feature I'm making to complete my Moroccan courtyard. Unfortunately the delivery driver was not so careful and broke 6 out of 18 tiles with rough handling. I had not opened them as I had not started on my project (I should have checked). Anyway Tlle Warehouse sent me some new tiles superfast and no breakages this time. Excellent customer service!”

No nonsense, direct and to the point - perfect! She apologised abd immediately gave me options for a resolution. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Tile Warehouse to anyone. “Arrived 2 packets broken .. promised would be replaced in 2days .. nothing!!! numerous calls and 5days later delivered.. Very poor customer service .. shocking company to deal with”

It’s frustrating when things don’t go as promised, and I understand how important timely resolution is to our customers. Your feedback about our customer service is invaluable as we strive to improve our processes. It does look as though your replacements should have been with you on the Friday (48 hours) after you reported the issue however, as we informed you, the third party carrier had too many drops on the Friday so after it failed, we asked for this to be delivered on the Monday as a first drop for you, this was the first date we could re-schedule.
