“Tiles broken not packed correctly”

“Several were broken on arrival , box came wrapped in a black dustbin bag as it looked as if it had been in the rain .”

“Not responding to problem with non matching tile after 5 days, will have to get Credit Card Co. to sort if they don't hurry up.”

“Tiles were fine, but extremely hard to cut! That said, the first delivery of 22 had 11 tiles smashed to bits, thanks to Fedex, who had already delivered the package to the wrong addreess 2 days before. To be fair to Tile Warehouse they send a full replacement pack in 24 hours, using DPD courier. All OK this time, so they musat be applauded for correcting a bad situation. Also liked the fact they send out 3 free samples for colour matching.”
