Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

“Another seamless order, delivered on time. Did have one broken tile and when I contacted customer services I had an immediate response with a satisfactory solution along with a swift refund. This is the third order I have placed with tile warehouse and I have received excellent service on all occasions.”

“Ordered sample tile which was perfect however when bulk order arrived they were not the same colour. Sent photo, the lady said she could see the difference, I asked if they could pick them up, was told I would have to organise my own courier but as they came on a pallet I ended up just keeping them. Staff were very polite but that didn’t help me.”

“The tiles were packed loosely in package. About 20% of the tiles were broken and or cracked.”

“Amazing service. The delivery was on time and completely hassle free. The tiles were packaged really well with no damage. The tiles are beautiful, the online pictures don’t do them justice. “Ordered tiles online and wondered why a week later I hadn’t been sent a dispatch notification. Contacted customer services to be told that I had not chosen a delivery date and the system defaulted to a 2 week dispatch. This was changed while I was on the phone and the tiles were dispatched the very next day. Excellent service, friendly helpful staff and would most certainly use again.”

“I ordered recently some tiles from the Tile Warehouse and honestly I can not recommend them enough! Apart from the tiles which were great and in very good price and the delivery was so smooth an easy, the customer service was the best. I had a broken tile which they gave me the option of refund or replacement, I decided to go with the replacement and I had it almost the next day well packed. People were always helpful, professional and well informed. I'll definitely use them again in the future.”
