Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

“The tiles themselves were fine, but the customer service was very poor. I paid around £32 for delivery, yet the tiles were not delivered on time. After waiting five days, I called to cancel the order, and the colleague confirmed it had been cancelled. However, the next day I received an alert saying my delivery was on its way. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I did end up keeping the tiles in the end, but I hope the company will at least have the decency to refund the delivery fee, given that the order arrived almost a week late.”

“Tiles were packed chipped and broken and at least a quarter of them. I found the tiles not packaged well Very disappointed”

“Metro tiles all had a bend in them. Customer service said they appeared from the photos to be within guidelines but I could return them at my cost by insured courier. They offered to get the batches tested and I provided photos of the outside of the boxes with the barcodes and printed information on but had no response from them despite phoning them and leaving a message on Steves answerphone asking for someone to reply to my email. They did not break evenly due to the bend in them so I wasted lots of tiles. Would not deal with this company again. Over a week later and still not had a response from them. Poor customer service”

“Tile Warehouse managed to get me out of a really tight spot when I was running up towards a deadline on a refurbishment project. I needed 1500 tiles over three different colors and they were brilliant. They helped me from start to finish, from order to delivery to right outside the door at the property I was working in. “Good website, lots of choice. Product quality was better than high st DIY shops. Delivery was decent. I would advise adding 20% to measured area rather than 10%, as we ran out due to offcuts etc.”

“What can I say great service from start to finish samples deliverd quickly we had a whole pack cracked looked like delivery driver had overdone the strap but photos sent new pack received in two days I would highly recommend quality tiles”

“I was anxious about delivery of tiles but it went very well - the pallet was put exactly where I wanted it, delivery driver very pleasant tiles as expected and good value. The only problem is that I’ve got two boxes over and it’s it’s difficult to return”
