“Excellent correspondence and customer care throughout. Very good advice and guidance to help make an important buying decision. Item well packaged and arrived promptly. Couldn’t ask for more.”

“Price on tiles and all the bits needed to lay them reduced for Easter. Although money saved in total compared to Topps Tiles the £30 delivery cost really bumped up the price, didn’t feel like I was as getting as great a bargain as I first thought. Items not delivered yet so can’t comment on that. Hope all tiles arrive undamaged!”

“i HAVE NOT HAD DELIVERY AS YET, ONE THING : THEY SAID THAT IF I ORDERED WITHIN 1 HOUR 19 MINUTES, WHICH I DID, THEY WOULD DELIVER ON MONDAY THE 6TH OF APRIL, WHEN I WENT TO PLACE THE ODER IT WAS £30 FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY THE 7TH ! “Tile warehouse themselves (particularly Oliver) were very helpful they supported me throughout the process and replaced necessary tiles when required. The only reason I haven’t provided 5 star review is down to the courier they used who appeared to be incompetent from loosing a pallet of tiles to then having to get a further company in to hour the delivery followed by a rude manager within their department.”
