I didn’t even receive the package ; allegedly because I missed to include the unit number in the address, when my building has a mail room precisely for these purposes, so people don’t show their apartment number, don’t even know if the package is lost or not, but didn’t receive assistance nor refund, worst experience ever

I wanted to love this but there were full of holes before the end of the night. I followed the directions and put them on very gingerly and my finger went right through them. There were 2 snags in the legs by the end of the night, one near the waist and a hole in the toe. The felt nice was the only postive thing I can say about them.

Ordered a pair of tights for my fiance to go towards a beautiful dress I bought her for her birthday... 18 days later and a week after her birthday it never arrived. Customer service said it definitely was dispatched but after almost 3 weeks still nothing... I wouldn't bother ordering from there again.. Their customer service no. Also doesn't work. Pretty poor service

This order was placed with a standard, not tracked shipping option. Deliveries to the USA usually take approximately 2 working weeks and this order arrived within the timeframe

I ordered 190 dollars worth of tights, but they never showed up. After a month I contacted them but they said there was nothing they could do. I just ate the cost. Never again.

Extremely poor customer service. I made an online purchase two days ago. I paid for the fastest delivery which is two days. I have not heard from The Tight Spot since my purchase. I've emailed without a response. Extremely poor communication and customer service. I will not be making further purchases or recommending this business.

Here is the description of the product purchased for my wife. "Achieve a sexy yet sophisticated look in the Cecilia de Rafael Ninet Bas Stockings. These black plain top stockings are 15 denier and have a smooth and silky matt finish combined with a 3 band effect for added detail. The Ninet Bas Sheer Stockings have a contoured heel and stitched reinforced toes for maximum durability wear after wear. These are the unusual mini hold ups suspender belt style - Uba sexy! 85% Nylon, 15% Spandex Lycra What actually arrived was a pair of plain topped stockings, not hold ups and no three banded detailing at the top. "

It was a frustrating and exasperating experience shopping here as a first-time customer. Tracking and returns are a nightmare for international customers. Customer experience can also be improved. The quality of the tights are also not very good (it could be the selection I ordered) but overall not worth it and felt like I wasted money.

I ordered 20 December 2022 and paid for 2 day postage. Still no item. No updates and no communication since I informed customer service, other than junk mail every day. I won’t be using again. Very poor service.

We placed on order on October 12th and expected delivery in ten business days. It is now November 19th and we have not received our order. We contacted customer service and they have provided us with no assistance. They are telling us that we need to wait 60 days before the order is considered lost and a refund issued. This level of customer service is abysmal - they never apologized for the inconvenience, or offered to do anything to make this issue right.

Their web site is terrible. First issue: I entered an order and received no confirmation that the order was received however they charged my credit card. Second issue: I have sent multiple emails to request a refund and have received no response from The Tight Spot. I’m at a loss as to what to do to receive my refund.
