“I have always done my first aid training with Tigerlily and I highly recommend them! I find it so helpful and refreshing when having a practical days training with them and then coming back home to do the E-Learning course as you revise over everything you have just learnt and more. Their courses are interactive, bright and colorful with video examples to watch as well as using the dummies to practice CPR on, bandages etc”

“Four members of staff attended a paediatric first aid course on Saturday 29th May at the Holiday Inn Farnborough. The trainer Eddie was absolutely excellent. It was disappointing that the hotel offered him a training room for 12 delegates that had no windows during a pandemic. The room was very hot and stuffy. The trainer was very informative and we were able to interact in our group of 4 which was much better. Thank you Eddie for a brilliant job.”

Hi Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, this is appreciated. Unfortunately, some of our training venues do not have windows, however under covid-safe practices, there should be sufficient air flow through the air conditioning system. We have raised this issue with the hotel and I apologise if you felt uncomfortable during your training course. Thanks Tigerlily

“I liked the online course. It was very helpful and useful to me for my work or outside work and has given me more confidence in the future to carry out. If I should need parts of the course I have learned.The good thing was you could complete the online assessment in your own home at your own time when convenient around your family life and work. I throughly liked seeing all those little videos shown to you. It made more sense to me by watching them all and took it in more. Very well layout and made very easy to follow each one of the different sections of first aid and answer all the questions the end of each one. I look forward to my training with you soon for the second part on the practical assessment”
