“Good instructions easy to follow”

“Would not use again. One of my staff members developed a tummy bug and therefore could not attend the "Hands on " part of the training, despite completing the on-line part. In the childcare industry, staff are often sick for obvious reasons and im sure that no one attending the training would want to give CPR after she had! Very disappointing customer service. I appreciate their cancellation policy, but this was not a cancellation. They didn't even offer a partial discount to rebook her on the training. Yes Tigerlily are fairly "cheap" when it comes to Pediatric First Aid, which is why i used them. However, other training providers i have used are alot mre understanding when candidates are sick/contagious. You may may more else where, but thats exactly what i will be doing in future. Its costly enough in the childcare industry when you have to train up so many staff members, so throwing money away is not a good idea. Such a shame.”

“Kevin Hyde our trainer was spot on...amazing and so nice!!! Would request for him in 3 years time... =) He makes it nice and easy to understand and breaks it up into parts so it doesn't get to overwhelming. Thanks Kevin x”

“The online training was clear and easy to understand. The face to face was absolutely brillant - Hayley was so knowledgeable and explained things in such a straight forward way that you could understand and relate them to your own needs and expereinces. “The online training is informative and easy to navigate, covering many topics in a variety of ways. The instructor for the practical element was full of knowledge and experience which was helpful and made the session interesting, something I was worried about with it being my third time attending this course. He was professional with a friendly manner and allowed for breaks and processing time that in my opinion met the needs of the group. We finished on time and the structure of the day was well thought out, with practical cpr elements near the start but not first which was helpful for me.”
