“The first aid trainers Luke and Mark were amazing, they had a wealth of knowledge and clearly explained each topic in a friendly and engaging way. “I wish you to do my final assessment again I did it in the first instance I scored 80 % and I don know what I have press that took me back and now they are telling me I failed my assessment”

“Good info, the quiz's at the end of the each module though needs to based on a passing percentage rather than: get it wrong, try again....yay you get 100% even though you had to do a question 3 times”
