“I have now completed at least 3 training sessions with Tigerlilly and around 8/9 first aid courses in general. Tigerlilly had great training resources and lovely trainers who do in-person training in our setting. On this occasion, we had Rory who has a clear wealth of experience. Relating to the training and incidents covered gives a depth of understanding a realism that helps staff to respond more in a situation rather than just speaking hyperthetically.”
