“I had my practical training with Ron today, out of all the first aid courses I have done in the past 16 years Ron delivered his presentation in the most informative and understanding manner, I learnt so much more about delivering first aid in that one day than I have ever done. Ron is an absolute asset to your company.”

“Comprehensive training and fantastic trainer (paediatric first aid course). Lovely venue and facilities (Station Hotel Newcastle upon Tyne). Lots of practical exercises. Trainer had extensive knowledge and experience and was more than willing to answer any questions and offer further explanations where needed.”

“Some of the information is wrong according to current research, for instance, staying that meningitis is not easily spread among people is factually incorrect. Stating that you can give plenty of lucozade or sports drinks put some lives at risk. In fact, 25% of the population on earth suffers from allergies, many from diabetes, and forcing such drinks into a child's body without knowing their medical history puts their lives at risk. Additionally, the course does NOT distinguish between type 1 and type 2 diabetes. That's dangerous. There are plenty of incongruous statements all along. It is strongly suggested that you hire higher level professionals to restructure it completely. Finally, the lack of diversity is beyond disconcerting.”

“I had an amazing time refreshing my brain on first aid was very much enjoyed, can't remember the lady's name sorry memory is like a goldfish but wanted to thank her as she made it really fun and very much enjoyed it and I hope she enjoys her retirement thank you again.”

“The online training was interactive and each subject was done in short bursts with activities, videos and quizzes. The practical training was effective too and pieced it together well. The trainer we had was friendly, helpful and really knew what she was doing. Very impressed and thank you!”

“Today I had a first aid course with Astrid, she was brilliant, great knowledge, friendly and inviting. She explained everything really well and demonstrated everything perfectly. It made learning new things very easy and will help me remember what to do in certain circumstances”
