“Jon was amazing! He was considerate and understanding about my health issues; making adaptions to help me complete the training without putting any pressure on my health. He was extremely knowledgeable and put everyone at ease; making the practical session fun and without pressure. The e-learning was very informative and helped make learning easy in the comfort of your own home. I would recommend this training to others”

“The online training was easy to follow and well thought out. The face-to-face training was really well delivered. Everything was very clearly explained and our trainer clearly had a lot of experience and knowledge in what she was teaching. The trainer was very approachable and encouraged questions, she ensured we were all secure before moving on to the next unit.”

“Saturday I done my Tigerlily training with Lucy, and wow she was amazing! We laughed loads and learnt so much from Lucy! It was definitely one of the best trainings I have had with Tigerlily thank you once again Lucy for Saturday.”

“Training was great but the Gymnasium we had our training in was unbelievably cold. We were all sitting in our coats. It made it very unpleasant and difficult to focus.”

“The online learning was good and the information was helpful. The practical face to face learning with Lucy was fantastic, she was friendly and helpful giving us a chance to ask questions, she was confident, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, this was very helpful as some in the training were more reserved and Lucy was able to engage them without interfering . This was my first time using Tigerlily but I will definitely use again as Lucy was a great trainer . Thank you”
