“The training was really good and learnt a lot from it. Scott our trainer was fantastic and supportive and very knowledgeable, he also gave us real scenarios to help us with different areas of first aid, I struggled with doing the breath part of the CPR Scott took his time helping with this.”

“Course is good value. E-learning was very easy to follow. Covers many ways of learning e.g. reading (written information), hearing (video covering subject) and seeing (good illustrations). Then a recap. Short 'quiz' after each subject. Face to face learning was a short journey and in a very nice environment. The Training Officer was very friendly and was able to put us all at ease. The whole experience was very well presented. I would definitely recommend this course.”
