“Overall , considering the amount of content, this course was informative. The trainers were thorough and the short modules on e-learning made it interesting. One important note as I accidentally submitted my feedback form and could not go back... I saw "you have 'X' amount of days to complete e-learning" every time I signed into my account for e-learning, read the terms and conditions where it said there was a time frame in which to complete e-learning (which could be either side of the practical day) and, in the t's and c's there is one bit under E-learning that says "recommended to complete e-learning by practical", and, at the very bottom when signed into the account it says again "you have 'X' amount of days to complete. So as I had enrolled 2 days before the course, I did not complete before my training practical day. 1 hour before I was to leave for the practical, I checked my confirmation email to make sure I had everything I needed, and read twice within it "You must complete your e-learning before you attend the course" ! It was pouring rain and a Saturday. I emailed the manager's email and the saving grace was that he told me I could attend as normal. Please Tigerlily, remove those words immediately. I was not the only one in the course worried. I almost lost my fee. Thank you manager Sammy for getting back to me so promptly.”

“I've been a childminder for 35 years and have completed First Aid training through various organisations over the years. I have to say though, this was the best. The eLearning I wasn't looking forward to, but it was brilliant. Thorough, easy to navigate and at my own pace. The practical today, equally was very good. Forgive me for forgetting the lady's name. Video footage of extreme situations had a far greater impact on me than the usual just verbal scenarios. This was my first through Tigerlilly, it won't be my last.”
